Match history — match detail
Kombo Breaks the Pack and Closes Shangri-La
hemeroid claimed first blood, but Kombo and his Link Gun delivered the final word.
DM-ShangriLa produced 734 seconds of uninterrupted deathmatch pressure, with nine players generating 227 entries in the kill log. The opening seventeen seconds were also the longest pause of the entire match; then hemeroid opened with a BioRifle kill on Raketak and the arena barely went quiet again. The lead changed three times, the table remained compressed for several minutes, and three pursuers eventually finished level on 25. Kombo, however, moved ahead in the 297th second, never surrendered first place and reached a clean 30 without a single suicide.
First blood, two Double Kills and the first turn
hemeroid struck in the 17th second from 38.7 metres with the BioRifle and became the first sole leader. Kombo and Jano joined the scoring moments later, with Jano completing the first Double Kill using rockets in the 36th second. In that same second Hlavicka detonated hemeroid with a Shock Combo, then added Kombo with the Stinger two seconds later for another Double Kill. The opening was so dense that the score changed almost as quickly as the weapons in the players' hands.
The first true lead change arrived in the 46th second. Hlavicka removed Mlatic with a Shock Combo, reached three points and moved clear of hemeroid. Jano meanwhile killed Kanonyr with the Flak Cannon in the 70th second, then gave the point back through his own explosion, the first of his three suicides. Hlavicka's advantage did not last: in the 90th second hemeroid dropped Kulomet with the Stinger, reached four and reclaimed the lead in the second change at the top.
hemeroid holds the front while the pack compresses
hemeroid then produced the strongest opening phase. By the 134th second he had climbed to eight points, repeatedly finding Kulomet with both the Stinger and BioRifle. Hlavicka, Firstblood, Kanonyr and Kombo stayed close. Jano added his only headshot in the 199th second, taking Firstblood with the Sniper Rifle from 53.8 metres. It was a clean long-range signature in a match that was otherwise often decided from only a few steps away.
In the 236th second hemeroid split two tight fights with the Flak Cannon, first against Firstblood and immediately against Kanonyr, earning a Double Kill and ten points. Raketak answered with the Flak moments later. The score remained open: near the four-minute mark as many as five players met on eight points, while suicides dragged back Kanonyr, Firstblood and Jano. Even so, hemeroid retained the last sole advantage until the 297th second.
Kombo takes command, Kulomet writes a side story
In the 297th second Kombo hit Mlatic with the Rocket Launcher, moved to eleven points and completed the third and final lead change. He never released first place again. He punished Kanonyr and Mlatic with rockets and the Link Gun, then removed hemeroid and Firstblood in succession with the Stinger in the 418th and 421st seconds. That Double Kill lifted him to seventeen and showed that the previously compact contest was beginning to break.
During Kombo's rise, Kulomet delivered the longest spree of the match. From the 275th to the 396th second he collected six kills without dying: three against Kombo, two against Hlavicka and one against Firstblood. Kanonyr finally ended it with the Link Gun in the 404th second. Earlier, in the 306th second, Firstblood launched a Rocket Launcher shot into Raketak from 82.3 metres. It was the longest kill of the night and proof that a rocket can occasionally apply for sniper duty.
The wildest minute and the chase for thirty
Kombo entered the final three minutes with a substantial cushion: after killing Kulomet in the 534th second he had 24 points, while hemeroid had 18. Jano then started a powerful finish. Between the 544th and 600th seconds he killed Kombo three times and Raketak three times; the Rocket Launcher remained his main argument. In the 603rd second Mlatic completed a Multi Kill against Hlavicka after two Link Gun hits, the only level-two multikill of the match.
The eleventh minute delivered a record 22 kills. Hlavicka recorded five instant revenge kills across the match, the highest total, and added a Double Kill against Kulomet in the 637th second. Jano, hemeroid and Hlavicka all reached 25 by the finish, but Kombo still had room. He killed Hlavicka with the Link Gun for 29 in the 702nd second, then removed Mlatic with the same weapon exactly in the 734th. Point thirty arrived with the clock: no decorative spin, only the winner's accounting-perfect signature.

- Kombo moved ahead in the 297th second and never gave the lead back.
- Firstblood hit Raketak with a rocket from a match-record 82.3 metres.

- The eleventh minute produced 22 kills, the match high.
- Kombo closed the match in the 734th second with his thirtieth point against Mlatic.
The final 30:25:25:25 score looks calmer than the match itself. Kombo won through zero suicides, a maximum spree of six and a productive Stinger, while a three-man chase continued behind him. Jano recorded 28 kills, but three suicides cost him a closer result; Hlavicka survived longest at 31 seconds per life, and hemeroid attacked from the greatest average distance at 22 metres. Shangri-La therefore found a winner but not peace: 227 events in 734 seconds meant a new log entry roughly every 3.2 seconds.
