Match verdict: The decisive phase was the shift from Jano's 29:27 lead into the seven-frag twenty-fourth minute, where Trajbalajka used the final three available opponents to reverse the score. His long spree kept him close and his broader armoury supplied the Link Gun finish for a 30:29 win.

MVP goes to Trajbalajka for the win, the nine-kill spree and the last hit; Jano takes the rocket commuter award. hemeroid earns the travelling gunsmith's case, while Jano is revenge king with seventeen immediate paybacks.

Trajbalajka steals Rothem with the final frag 30:29

DM-CBP3-Rothem received a Deathmatch on July 18 in which the scoreboard simply refused to settle. Across 24 minutes and 6 seconds, the lead changed nine times, Trajbalajka, Jano and hemeroid all auditioned for the favourite's role, and the Rocket Launcher supplied more than half of every regular frag. Longshot's curious suicide in the third second opened the log, but the genuine first blood belonged to hemeroid, who hit Bourak with the Flak Cannon at 0:13. From there, Rothem offered no pause for pleasantries. It offered rockets, BioRifle goo and a result that moved for the last time only in the final entry of the kill log.

hemeroid's flak-powered opening

hemeroid entered as if he had read a private script for the opening. After first blood on Bourak, he added Jano in the sixteenth second for a Double Kill, then hit Bourak again. Twenty seconds in, he led 3:0. Bourak answered with the Shock Rifle against Jano and the Flak Cannon against hemeroid, but a self-kill at 1:22 pulled his score back to one. Longshot, meanwhile, remained on minus one after a three-second appearance: a short visit with a conspicuous signature.

Trajbalajka did not score until 1:50, although his first contribution was an emphatic Shock Combo against Jano. Jano answered with a rocket 29 seconds later. Despite their developing exchange, hemeroid kept command: at 5:41 he had ten points, while Jano and Trajbalajka owned four each. The Flak Cannon, Rocket Launcher, Link Gun and BioRifle all worked when requested. The opening therefore belonged not to the biggest rocket tube, but to the player who selected the right tool before the others had opened the toolbox.

Jano starts the rocket conveyor

The middle phase began to rewrite the order. At 7:29, Jano used one rocket sequence to remove Trajbalajka and hemeroid for a Double Kill. Another arrived at 8:03 and 8:06, once more against the same pair. By 9:58 Jano led on thirteen points, with hemeroid at twelve and Trajbalajka at ten. This was not delicate positional poetry: twenty-seven of Jano's thirty kills came from the Rocket Launcher. Whenever a problem appeared nearby, his solution had six barrels and a loud conclusion.

hemeroid stayed involved through the BioRifle and Link Gun and led Jano 19:15 after 14:14, but Trajbalajka had quietly reached eighteen. Combat remained close: Jano's average kill distance was 8.2 metres, Trajbalajka's 10 and hemeroid's 11.5. The exception was a glorious oddity at 6:03, when Trajbalajka struck hemeroid with the BioRifle from 41.3 metres, the match's longest kill. No headshot occurred; on Rothem, accuracy was measured less by the skull and more by whether the explosion stayed on the correct side of the corridor.

Nine unanswered, then Jano replies

The break came at 11:49. Trajbalajka launched a spree that lasted until 15:23: nine kills without dying. Jano fell five times and hemeroid four. The Rocket Launcher alternated with the BioRifle, building a 20:16 advantage over Jano; hemeroid sat on eighteen after a CampKiller penalty. It was the night's longest spree and a lesson in how quickly one hunter can turn the rest of a server into prey.

Jano personally stopped it with a rocket at 15:23 and immediately began a six-kill run of his own. Trajbalajka also fell at 15:59, 16:15, 16:47 and 17:24, while hemeroid went down at 17:06. The score flipped to 22:20 for Jano. Then came the longest lull, 61 seconds after 17:24, sounding like the next act was loading. Trajbalajka returned with a different tone: four BioRifle kills on Jano took him level and then ahead, 24:22. Jano answered with a rocket in the same second as the fourth hit and tied matters again at 24:24 by 20:33.

The busiest minute and the final two metres

The finish rejected an easy answer. Jano hit becool to reach 25; Trajbalajka levelled against him at 21:00. More trades put Trajbalajka ahead 27:25, only for Jano to remove becool and hemeroid at 22:52 and 22:54 for his third Double Kill. Twelve seconds later he added Trajbalajka, then a frag on hemeroid at 23:18 made it 29:27. The match suddenly had an apparent winner within reach—and an even better reason to distrust every digit on the scoreboard.

The twenty-fourth minute produced seven frags, more than any other. hemeroid struck becool and then Jano; Trajbalajka cut the deficit to 28:29, only for hemeroid to stop him immediately with a rocket. At 23:54 Trajbalajka caught becool in a Shock Combo and levelled at 29:29. The final log entry arrived at 24:06: Trajbalajka hit Jano with the Link Gun from two metres. The 30:29 final was not built on distance or a safe finish. It appeared in the last second, while hemeroid closed third place with 24 points.

Momenty zápasu
  • hemeroid took first blood at 0:13 and completed a Double Kill three seconds later.
  • Jano recorded three Double Kills and scored 27 of his 30 kills with the Rocket Launcher.
  • Trajbalajka hit hemeroid with the BioRifle from 41.3 metres for the match's longest kill.
  • Trajbalajka ran a nine-kill spree from 11:49 to 15:23 before Jano ended it.
  • After the longest 61-second lull, Trajbalajka hit Jano four consecutive times with the BioRifle.
  • The lead changed nine times and the score was still tied 29:29 at 23:54.
  • The deciding Link Gun kill from two metres arrived precisely at 24:06.

Trajbalajka left Rothem with thirty points but no chance to claim this was a comfortable business trip. Jano finished one point behind despite 43 deaths, while hemeroid recorded the longest average life, 62 seconds, and the broadest armoury. The match held 90 regular kills, nine lead changes and rockets at every corner, yet a Link Gun from two metres decided it. A grand final does not always need a sniper tower. Sometimes the last second and an opponent directly in front of the barrel are enough.

Player verdicts
  • SK Trajbalajka — The 30:29 winner combined the longest nine-kill spree, 32 kills and the decisive Link Gun hit. Two suicides slowed him, but weapon variety and the finish erased them.
  • SK Jano — The rocket specialist delivered 30 kills, three Double Kills and a match-high seventeen immediate revenge kills. He paid for aggression with 43 deaths and could not protect a 29:27 lead.
  • FR hemeroid — The best start, 24 points and a 62-second average life showed control. He used seven different killing methods, but could not maintain the leaders' pace after his strong opening.
  • US becool — In 234 seconds he collected one assist and one item but no kill; a suicide left him at a final zero. Late on, he became an important source of points for all three contenders.
  • B Bourak — Across a brief 82 seconds, he managed two kills, including a Shock Rifle hit on Jano, and a two-kill spree. A Flak Cannon suicide reduced his return to one point.
  • B Longshot — His three-second appearance ended with a suicide and minus one. The shortest average life, one second, was a record nobody else was likely chasing.

    Who killed with what

Each player's kills split by weapon. Reveals every fighter's favorite tool.

The Rocket Launcher clearly led with 47 kills; Jano supplied 27 of his 30 with it and Trajbalajka thirteen. The BioRifle added 14, including the 41.3-metre record, the Flak Cannon eleven, and no weapon produced a headshot.

Jano built almost entirely around the Rocket Launcher and forced short-range fights where splash damage could chain results. Trajbalajka adapted by mixing rockets with the BioRifle, letting him seal corridors and punish at range before choosing the Link Gun at the finish. Their identical 22 collected items suggest equal access to equipment, so flexible weapon selection separated them. hemeroid played more positionally and lived longer, but only ten items weakened repeated returns to combat.
