biggest overkill: Vulgarus (108 dmg) · airborne kills: 23 · gutsiest kill: Poskok (6 HP)

His mix of Shock weapons, Flak and rockets covered every range while opponents surrendered points through suicides. Vulgarus therefore beat Deckrat 30–18.

Vulgarus Rules DM-BloodLine and Closes the Score at 30
Four lead changes, seven suicides, and a thirty-point finish delivered in the final recorded second.
DM-BloodLine produced fourteen minutes and ten seconds of concentrated deathmatch disorder. Vulgarus opened the scoring at 0:20 by hitting Poskok with the Shock Rifle, but the first blood did not buy him an easy evening. Deckrat, Walldodge and Poskok all reached the lead or its immediate vicinity, the top spot changed hands four times, and the early scoreboard behaved like a lift with damaged controls. By the end, the arena had recorded 83 regular kills, seven suicides, seven Double Kills and a large collection of immediate revenge kills. Vulgarus eventually won 30–18, yet the route to the goal score ran through rockets, Flak shells, Shock Combos and several painfully self-inflicted deductions.
First blood and a revolving lead
Vulgarus struck first at 0:20, sending Poskok back to the spawn with a 13.4-metre Shock Rifle kill. Poskok replied at 0:54 with the Stinger against Deckrat, but two seconds later came the strangest long-range calling card of the match. Deckrat killed Poskok with Slime from 65.2 metres, the longest kill of the night, then added a Bio Rifle frag at 1:06 to take a solo 2–1 lead.
Vulgarus tied the score with a Shock Combo and reached three with the Flak Cannon, only to remove one of his own points with a Flak suicide three seconds later. Poskok exploited the disorder: at 1:55 he killed Vulgarus with the Link Gun, then added Deckrat two seconds later for the first Double Kill and a 3–2 lead. Vulgarus answered twice to reach four, but Poskok immediately tied him with the Bio Rifle at 2:19. Walldodge opened his account at 2:34, after which the match entered its longest silence, exactly 42 seconds. The arena needed a breath; the players apparently did not.
Vulgarus finds rockets and direction
After the pause, Deckrat dissolved Vulgarus with Slime and Walldodge took Poskok with the Link Gun. Then, at 3:37 and 3:38, Vulgarus made the first clear statement of control. He hit Walldodge and Deckrat with consecutive Shock Rifle shots, earned a Double Kill and moved to six points. A Sniper Rifle kill on Poskok made it seven, while Walldodge followed a close Flak kill on Vulgarus with an immediate Flak suicide. DM-BloodLine was awarding points and fines through the same service window.
The decisive surge began at 4:45. Vulgarus hit Poskok with the Rocket Launcher, Walldodge eight seconds later, and Deckrat at 4:54; the third rocket completed a Double Kill and made the score 10–3. At 5:10 he added a Shock Combo on Deckrat and completed the match’s longest spree: four kills between 4:45 and 5:10. Poskok ended it at 5:30 with a point-blank Link Gun frag. By then Vulgarus led 11–6, and after four lead changes the top of the table finally stopped moving house.
The ninth minute has no safe corner
Poskok tried to alter the rhythm with two kills on Walldodge at 6:03 and 6:15, but Vulgarus maintained separation. A Shock Combo on Deckrat produced point twelve, followed by three kills between 7:03 and 7:30: Deckrat fell to Flak, Poskok to Flak, and Walldodge to Flak from 27.4 metres. Deckrat answered with the Shock Rifle at 7:38, yet Vulgarus was already on sixteen by 7:55.
The ninth minute became a grinder. At 8:03 Walldodge killed Poskok and Vulgarus in the same second for a Double Kill, then took Vulgarus again ten seconds later. Poskok, Deckrat and Vulgarus all scored in the ensuing scramble; at 8:43 Deckrat killed Vulgarus with the Link Gun while Vulgarus removed Poskok with the Shock Rifle at the same timestamp. The ninth minute contained nine kills and was designated the busiest. The twelfth and thirteenth minutes later matched that total, so calm remained strictly optional.
Flak, revenge and Deckrat’s late charge
Vulgarus opened the second half with two Flak kills on Walldodge and reached twenty. Deckrat replied at 9:21 by taking Vulgarus, then removed Poskok two seconds later for a Double Kill. Poskok copied the pattern at 9:51 and 9:53 against Vulgarus and Walldodge. At 10:05 Vulgarus killed Poskok with Flak, but the blast took him too and his score immediately fell from 22 back to 21. It was the shortest possible manual for turning a comfortable lead into paperwork.
Walldodge and Deckrat tried to apply pressure with the Link Gun, but Vulgarus returned to 23 through the Shock Rifle and Flak. Deckrat then produced his best passage: between 11:00 and 11:15 he killed Walldodge, Vulgarus, Walldodge again and Vulgarus again. The four frags formed his maximum spree and the first two also counted as a Double Kill. At the same 11:15 timestamp, however, he died to his own Flak Cannon. The charge was sharp; the bookkeeping was less cooperative.
Thirty in the final second
From 11:30 onward the match became a sprint. Walldodge hit Poskok, Deckrat answered with the Stinger, and Vulgarus used the Rocket Launcher to reach 24. Poskok stopped him with the Link Gun at 11:52, but Vulgarus climbed to 26 through Shock Combos on Walldodge and Poskok. Deckrat and Walldodge kept collecting close-range points, and Walldodge produced a Double Kill on Poskok and Deckrat at 12:13.
Vulgarus reached 27 at 13:04 with a Shock Rifle frag on Walldodge, but Poskok knocked him down twice at 13:14 and 13:25, first with Flak and then the Link Gun. The tension was brief. Walldodge tied Poskok on fourteen at 13:32, then Vulgarus killed Walldodge at 13:35 and Poskok at 13:39 to move to 29. Deckrat closed his own account on eighteen by killing Walldodge at 14:07. Exactly at 14:10, Vulgarus used the Link Gun on Poskok, reached the target score of thirty and ended the match in the final recorded second.

The final 30–18–14–14 score looks far cleaner than the opening minutes, when the lead changed four times. Vulgarus combined 32 kills with two suicides, dealt the most damage and recorded eleven immediate revenge kills. Deckrat had the longest average life at 44 seconds and the greatest average kill distance at 11.1 metres, but three suicides consumed part of his work. Walldodge and Poskok finished level on fourteen by very different routes. DM-BloodLine, meanwhile, can record another evening in which the Link Gun was the most common instrument and safe distance existed mainly as a theoretical concept.

Most fighting occurred at close range, reflected by Poskok’s 6.2-metre and Walldodge’s 6.1-metre averages. The exception was Deckrat’s 65.2-metre Slime kill on Poskok, both the longest shot and a geographical insult to common sense.
