Match history — match detail
biggest overkill: KST (105 dmg) · airborne kills: 20 · gutsiest kill: Kemper (5 HP)
Match verdict: KST won 30–20 over Prestrelka because his early advantage survived every later surge and his Bio Rifle contributed twelve kills. Prestrelka’s eight-kill streak reduced the margin, but never overturned the lead KST had held since second 112; the last rocket simply completed the job.

KST survives Prestrelka’s eight-kill run on Blood Money
Flakos drew first blood, Prestrelka owned the longest streak, but KST delivered the final shot.
Four contenders, a thirty-point target, and DM-1on1-Blood_Money_Beta1: UT3.sk match 306 lasted eighteen minutes and fifty-seven seconds, long enough to prove that the opening frag says little about the closing score. The mode was Normal Deathmatch, with KST, Prestrelka, Kemper and Flakos all finding their own ways to make trouble. Flakos opened the account, Prestrelka produced the longest uninterrupted personal run, and Kemper kept disrupting other players’ momentum. KST eventually reached thirty points, but his path was hardly untouched. The log records two changes of leader, one officially marked Double Kill, and a finale decided by a Rocket Launcher at second 1137. Underneath the spectacle is a much more revealing question: why did the player with the longest streak still finish ten points behind?
First blood is not a booking for first place
At second 19, Flakos landed the first blow, taking down KST with a Stinger from 9.5 metres. Prestrelka answered with a Link Gun kill on Flakos at second 33. Three seconds later, Kemper accidentally knocked his own score down to minus one with a Rocket Launcher. When KST hit Prestrelka with a Shock Combo at second 42, the lead had already become a complicated affair.
Prestrelka stood alone at the top with two points at second 63. KST caught up at second 97 and took the outright lead at second 112 by eliminating Kemper. His score reached five against Prestrelka’s three at second 148. Flakos still landed a Shock Combo on KST at second 114, proving his opener was no fluke; nevertheless, both recorded changes of leader were already over.
The Bio Rifle starts doing the talking
KST initially mixed Shock Combos into his attacks, then turned repeatedly to the Bio Rifle. At seconds 267, 285, 299, 324 and 345, it removed Prestrelka, Kemper twice, and Prestrelka twice more. By second 345 KST had thirteen points, while Prestrelka had four. What looked like an early skirmish was turning into a systematic advantage built kill by kill.
Flakos did eliminate KST with the Link Gun at second 358, only to be killed by KST’s Bio Rifle two seconds later. KST reached fourteen; Flakos remained on five. Kemper also supplied a memorable close encounter, dropping Prestrelka with the Impact Hammer at second 216 and surviving with only five health. KST’s greatest weapon ultimately accounted for twelve of his thirty kills.
A chase, more rockets, and the lone Double Kill
Prestrelka caught KST with a Shock Combo at second 468 and launched the match’s biggest personal streak at second 512. KST stood at fifteen after a Rocket Launcher kill on Prestrelka at second 495, but neither Kemper nor Flakos was willing to stand aside. Prestrelka began making steady progress, relying heavily on the Link Gun while the leader looked for space to respond.
KST countered with rockets at seconds 603 and 619, then Stinger eliminations before another rocket caught Flakos at 705. Three seconds later, the Rocket Launcher found Kemper too. That second blow registered the match’s sole Double Kill and took KST to 21 points against Prestrelka’s eleven. The twelfth minute contained six kills, as did the fourteenth; the fight had emphatically accelerated again.
Eight in a row, ended by the third contender
Between seconds 512 and 783, Prestrelka collected eight kills without being killed. Kemper and Flakos were the principal victims, though KST fell at seconds 720 and 774 too. Prestrelka reached sixteen points at second 783. Nineteen seconds later, Kemper stopped the streak with a Link Gun kill. The player who halted the biggest run was not the eventual winner but the competitor in third place.
Prestrelka nevertheless pushed on to nineteen points by second 875, when KST had 24. Meanwhile, at second 829, KST recorded the longest-distance kill of the match: 34.6 metres, Bio Rifle against Flakos. KST averaged 15.2 metres per kill, versus 11.4 for Prestrelka, 13.9 for Flakos and 9.2 for Kemper. No recorded kill reached the 50-metre sniper-distance threshold.
The final five points and the finishing rocket
KST eliminated Prestrelka with the Bio Rifle at second 913 to make it 25–19. Three seconds later, Kemper struck down KST with a Stinger. The next kill arrived only after a 36-second gap, the longest between kills; during that interval Flakos also lost a point to a self-inflicted Bio Rifle death at second 931. KST then scored on Flakos at 986 and Prestrelka at 1047.
At second 1054 KST reached 28, then Kemper took him out with a rocket in that very same second. The leader moved to 29 against Kemper at second 1115, this time with the Bio Rifle. Prestrelka earned a final point at 1122 by killing KST with the Stinger. At second 1137, however, KST landed the closing Rocket Launcher kill on Kemper, sealing the scores at 30, 20, 16 and nine.
