Match history — match detail
biggest overkill: Brokar (94 dmg) · airborne kills: 33 · gutsiest kill: hemeroid (1 HP)
Match verdict: hemeroid beat Nanoblack 30–23 by sustaining better scoring after the 13–13 tie and collecting five kills in the 712–748-second window. Seventeen rocket kills and a match-leading 51-second average lifespan compensated for six self-kills.

MVP hemeroid collected 30 points, 36 kills, the longest five-kill spree and a 51-second average life. Brokar and hemeroid shared the revenge lead on ten each, while Kropic earned longest-shot honours—and the dubious self-kill crown with eleven.
hemeroid wins Akeldama after six dramatic lead changes
Five straight kills to start, six changes at the top, and a final rocket to claim point thirty.
DM-Akeldama hosted match 283 on October 17, 2026, a Normal Deathmatch that looked simple on paper: reach thirty points. hemeroid, Nanoblack, Brokar, Rozstrel and Kropic made sure it would be anything but simple. Over 22 minutes and 59 seconds, the lead changed six times and five Double Kills were recorded, along with enough self-inflicted deaths to keep the scoreboard honest. The final result was hemeroid 30, Nanoblack 23, with Brokar, Rozstrel and Kropic behind them. Yet those numbers hide an opening blitz, a determined recovery, long-distance marksmanship and a finishing rocket fired almost as the match clock ran out.
First blood, five in a row, and the interruption
Only seventeen seconds passed before hemeroid struck Nanoblack with a Rocket Launcher from 18.2 metres for the official First Blood. Another rocket hit the same opponent at 30 seconds; Brokar fell at 37. Two Bio Rifle kills, against Nanoblack at 77 and Brokar at 87, took the leader to five points. That run of five kills, beginning at 17 seconds and ending at 91, was the match's longest spree.
Kropic disagreed. A Bio Rifle kill at 91 seconds ended the streak, and the chasing pack was already testing every corner. Rozstrel had managed both a rocket self-kill and a kill on Brokar at 31 seconds, while Brokar blasted Kropic with the Flak Cannon from just 2.9 metres at 55 seconds.
The sniper shot and Nanoblack’s counterattack
The pursuit brought its own highlights. At 193 seconds Rozstrel landed a Sniper Rifle headshot on Kropic, who later returned the favour of precision with a headshot on Nanoblack at 247. At 290 seconds Kropic hit Nanoblack again, this time from 58.1 metres with the Sniper Rifle: the longest kill of the match. Brokar registered a Double Kill against hemeroid at 279 seconds, although repeated self-kills restricted the value of those hard-won points.
Nanoblack then powered into the fight for first place. Two Flak Cannon kills against Rozstrel and Brokar at 465 and 467 seconds produced a Double Kill; another rapid pairing at 544 and 545 seconds, with Rocket Launcher and Sniper Rifle, lifted Nanoblack to thirteen. At 554 seconds hemeroid answered by rocketing Nanoblack and tying the score at 13–13. The match log records six lead changes overall: a far more volatile race than the opening minute had suggested.
The burst that gave the leader breathing room
The crucial acceleration came after 700 seconds. hemeroid killed Rozstrel with the Bio Rifle at 712, Brokar with the same weapon at 722, Brokar again by rocket at 726, Kropic at 732 and Nanoblack at 748. Five kills in 36 seconds turned a close contest into a 19–16 advantage over Nanoblack. It was a high-scoring burst, not a new five-kill uninterrupted spree, but it was precisely the kind of consistency the opposition struggled to match.
The leader still paid for errors: a Flak Cannon kill on Kropic at 828 seconds coincided with a self-kill, and another self-inflicted loss followed at 840. Rozstrel and Kropic killed hemeroid at 884 and 893. Nevertheless hemeroid rebuilt the gap with consecutive Flak Cannon kills on Brokar at 952 and 959, then a Bio Rifle kill on Nanoblack at 974. Across the entire match, the Rocket Launcher led all weapons with 47 kills, including seventeen by hemeroid; it had become the backbone of the winning attack.
One more rocket at the very last moment
Nanoblack kept fighting late, killing Brokar at 1188 seconds and hemeroid at 1197. But hemeroid struck Rozstrel at 1237 to reach 28 points, then Nanoblack with a Bio Rifle at 1270 for a Double Kill and point 29. The next kill did not arrive for 47 seconds, the longest pause in the recorded action. Worse for the leader, a self-kill at 1303 knocked the score back to 28. There would be no leisurely finish.
Nanoblack reached 24 by killing Brokar at 1333, while hemeroid rocketed Nanoblack at 1336 to return to 29. Rozstrel then eliminated the leader with a Shock Combo, and Brokar scored a Sniper Rifle headshot on hemeroid at 1368. Nanoblack's own death at 1363 had reduced his total to 23. At 1378 seconds hemeroid fired the final Rocket Launcher kill, again against Nanoblack, from ten metres. The match ended a second later, 30–23. There are few better ways to put a full stop on a Deathmatch.

Brokar, Rozstrel and Kropic finished with 17, 12 and 11. The second minute was one of three eight-kill peaks, alongside the ninth and seventeenth. In an arena packed with explosives, simply surviving long enough to fire another useful rocket proved almost as important as accurate aim.
