Match history — match detail
biggest overkill: hemeroid (15900 dmg) · airborne kills: 31
Match verdict: hemeroid beat Comboholic 30–23 because his seven-kill run from seconds 144–172 converted a 12–13 deficit into an 18–15 lead. Better average kill range and the ability to defend that margin outweighed the late counterattacks.
Humans vs bots

MVP honours go to hemeroid for thirty kills, five headshots, seven consecutive eliminations and eleven instant revenges. Comboholic wins the opening-sprint award, greg417 gets credit for breaking the spree, Jano kept the busiest rivalry alive, and Fragan supplied plenty of early disruption. Average lifetimes for hemeroid, Comboholic, Jano, greg417 and Fragan were 17, 12, 11, 13 and 8 seconds; their immediate revenge totals were 11, 7, 5, 5 and 4.
Devastation erupts as hemeroid takes the lead for good
Five names, one rifle, and a seven-kill run that rewrote the scoreboard.
The rules were brutally simple on DM-1on1-Devastation: five opponents, one Ultra Instagib Rifle each, and a target of thirty. UT3.SK match 340 produced 98 kills in 323 seconds, leaving precious little time to admire anyone’s aim. Comboholic drew first blood just two seconds in by eliminating Fragan; five seconds later, hemeroid answered with a kill on Jano. That was merely the opening exchange. The lead changed four times, the early front-runners jostled for every point, and the scoreboard offered no guarantees. All recorded kills came from the same rifle, and no player collected an item. Whatever advantage would emerge had to come from positioning, range and accurate shooting rather than a lucky equipment pickup.
First blood, then a crowded leaderboard
Comboholic started at 0:02 by dropping Fragan. Jano immediately stepped forward, eliminating Fragan in second 19 for a Double Kill and reaching four points by second 23. Fragan answered with his own string of scores, reaching four at second 31 and drawing level with Jano on five at second 37. hemeroid, meanwhile, had only two kills after 34 seconds. The eventual winner was still part of the chase, not its obvious leader.
The opening minute contained 19 kills. By the sixty-second mark, Jano, Fragan and hemeroid each had five, with Comboholic on four. Four lead changes over the match tell the story of a table that refused to sit still. Fragan had already eliminated Comboholic three times, turning one corner of the wider contest into a sharp personal exchange. Nobody could afford to concentrate on just one rival.
A long shot and a dangerous response
At second 56, hemeroid headshot Fragan from 48.7 metres, the longest kill in the entire match and just shy of the fifty-metre mark. Three seconds later he scored a Double Kill against Comboholic from 45.5 metres. Yet this was not an uninterrupted march: Jano stopped him at second 61 and moved to six, while hemeroid’s kill on Jano at second 80 levelled those two players on seven.
Comboholic then took control of the immediate exchanges. Kills on Fragan and hemeroid at seconds 86 and 87 formed one Double Kill; kills on Fragan and Jano at second 92 made another. At second 126, Comboholic eliminated hemeroid to reach thirteen points against his opponent’s ten. The lead was significant, but not permanent. Jano and Fragan continued to break up exchanges, so the leader could never assume that the next shot would be easy.
Seven unanswered kills change the contest
hemeroid brought the score back into reach at second 144 with a kill on Jano, then headshot Comboholic at second 146 to draw level at 13–13. Jano fell again at second 155. The next victims were Fragan at 164, Comboholic at 166, and Jano at 167, the last of those shots registering the match’s only level-two Multi Kill. Another elimination of Jano at 172 completed a seven-kill spree and put hemeroid ahead 18–15.
Just sixteen seconds earlier, at second 156, Comboholic had led 15–14. The advantage flipped at second 166 and never changed hands again. The run itself finally ended at second 185, when greg417 eliminated hemeroid. greg417 had recorded his first kill against Jano at second 180, then stopped the strongest streak with his second. That interruption was impressive, but it could not reverse the deficit already built.
The busiest minute belongs to the new leader
Seconds 180 to 239 delivered twenty kills, the busiest minute of the match. During that span hemeroid rose from 18 to 25, despite greg417 repeatedly landing hits elsewhere and directly challenging the leader. A 48.5-metre shot against greg417 at second 193 gave hemeroid his twentieth point; at second 209 he added a headshot on the same player, his fifth and final headshot of the contest. The occasional long-range strike was worth only a single point, but it carried real momentum.
By second 239 the scores stood at hemeroid 25, Comboholic 19, Jano 14 and greg417 6, while Fragan remained on 12 after his last recorded kill at second 161. The shape of the game had changed. Comboholic was now hunting for a comeback rather than defending an advantage, and hemeroid was able to answer without having to win every single exchange.
A late chase and a decisive final shot
hemeroid reached 27 at second 250 by eliminating greg417, then the final pursuit became awkward. greg417 killed him at seconds 270 and 276; at second 280 Comboholic took out Jano and then headshot hemeroid for a Double Kill. The main rivals now stood at 27–21. That was a real late push, but the buffer established in the middle of the match still mattered more than the noise.
hemeroid answered against Jano at second 286, earned point 29 against the same rival at second 295, and survived the longest quiet interval: nine seconds without a kill from 295 to 304. greg417 landed a final headshot on Comboholic; Jano scored twice more and Comboholic reached 23. At exactly 5:23, hemeroid eliminated Jano to hit thirty. The final placings were 30, 23, 19, 14 and 12. The result was settled by the goal score, not by a countdown.

After five minutes and twenty-three seconds, a closely contested free-for-all had become a lesson in how one accurate spell can outweigh dozens of smaller exchanges. hemeroid finished on thirty kills, eighteen deaths, five headshots and eleven immediate revenge kills. Comboholic had twenty-three and continued to fight back deep into the final minute. Jano reached nineteen, greg417 took fourteen during a shorter appearance, and Fragan finished with twelve after playing only part of the match. All five left marks on the kill log. One final irony deserves a smile: with one rifle producing every elimination and no collected items, the weapon variety was zero, yet the number of different ways to respond to a setback seemed endless.
