Match history — match detail
biggest overkill: greg417 (15900 dmg) · airborne kills: 28
Match verdict: hemeroid beat greg417 30–29 because his six-kill late spree erased Kanonyr’s advantage and he converted both chances after falling behind 28–29. The decisive factor was the timing of his scoring burst, not superior survival or headshot totals.

hemeroid steals a one-point UltraInstagib thriller
Nine changes at the top, four sharp shooters and one final point that refused to come easily.
On October 29, 2026, DM-1on1-Pure hosted five minutes and eighteen seconds of remarkably concentrated pressure. In UltraInstagib mode, hemeroid, greg417, Kanonyr and Jano had the same tool for every confrontation: the Ultra Instagib Rifle. No change of weapons could explain the result; hits, timing and the ability to recover from a death would have to do. The target was thirty points, and all four players contributed to a combined 102 kills. The lead changed nine times, so even the scoreboard seemed reluctant to choose a favorite. And the player who fired first was not the eventual champion.
First blood at three seconds
Kanonyr drew first blood after just three seconds, dropping hemeroid with a shot from 3.5 meters. Two seconds later greg417 eliminated Jano, who repaid the favor at thirteen seconds. Kanonyr hit hemeroid again at fourteen seconds; hemeroid did not record his first point until second twenty-three, when he killed greg417. One second later he eliminated Jano as well, securing a Double Kill. That burst was his first announcement that an awkward opening would not decide the final table.
By second fifty-five Kanonyr had six points, hemeroid five, Jano four and greg417 three. The opening minute produced nineteen kills, and even that felt merely like a warm-up. Across the entire match the longest interval without a kill was eight seconds. Every apparent pause was brief enough to be confused with someone lining up another shot. For once, nobody could claim that nothing happened between the highlights.
The lead slips from one rifle to another
At second sixty-nine hemeroid dropped Kanonyr from 1.4 meters for another Double Kill. Kanonyr answered with doubles at seconds seventy-eight and ninety-four and reached ten points while hemeroid had eight. Then came hemeroid's counterattack: Jano at second 110, greg417 at 112 and Jano again at 115. The third quick elimination was registered as a Multi Kill and lifted hemeroid to twelve. Against a rival who had drawn first blood, he had managed to change the pace without changing the weapon.
At second 155 hemeroid led with seventeen points; Kanonyr had thirteen, greg417 twelve and Jano ten. A headshot against Kanonyr at second 141 added precision to that run. Meanwhile greg417 had already put headshots past Jano at seconds 63 and 161. Individual shots were impressive, but none provided insurance against the next revival. Kanonyr, seemingly contained for a while, was about to make the score chart swing again.
The fourth minute erupts
Seconds 180 through 239 contained 22 kills, the busiest minute of the match. Kanonyr reached nineteen at second 199, then scored a double against hemeroid and Jano at 208 to reach twenty-one. At second 218 he was on twenty-three, four clear of both hemeroid and greg417. Suddenly the opening aggressor looked ready to race all the way to thirty. The twist was that greg417, not Kanonyr, scored the most kills in this frantic minute: nine, a remarkable sprint amid the congestion.
greg417 reached twenty-one at second 225 while hemeroid still sat on nineteen. But a hemeroid headshot against Kanonyr at second 228 started a crucial recovery. A succession of hits carried him to twenty-two by second 239, level with greg417 and just one behind Kanonyr. The point gaps were shrinking precisely when each missed opportunity was becoming more costly. Nobody had a comfortable route to the target, and the leaderboard was now more of a revolving door than a hierarchy.
Six without reply, then one final reply
From second 228 to 253, hemeroid collected six kills without dying, the longest spree in the log. He killed greg417 at second 250 and Kanonyr three seconds later, the latter shot completing a Multi Kill. That brought him to twenty-five points against twenty-three apiece for his nearest rivals. Jano ended the streak at second 255. Then greg417 tied things at 25–25 at 263 and took a 26–25 lead at 265. Rather than run away with the game, the two front-runners traded the most uncomfortable of scorelines.
hemeroid leveled at 26–26 in second 269. At 282, greg417 hit Jano from 44.2 meters, the longest kill of the match, to make it 27–27. By 297 the leaders were tied again at 28–28. greg417 struck hemeroid at second 308 to lead 29–28, only one kill from victory. Jano eliminated greg417 at 310, and hemeroid killed Kanonyr at 312 to force 29–29. At second 317, hemeroid hit Jano from 12.2 meters. The score stopped at 30–29, and not a moment too soon.

The final numbers are deliciously uncooperative. greg417 landed six headshots, took only seventeen deaths and recorded twelve immediate revenge kills, yet still finished second with twenty-nine points. Kanonyr had first blood and a genuine late lead; Jano, despite finishing fourth, interrupted the longest streak. hemeroid died twenty-seven times on his way to thirty kills and the narrow victory. Efficiency mattered, but the last two decisive shots mattered more. DM-1on1-Pure can now add a finish in which the scoreboard remained unsettled until almost the final second.
