Match verdict: The decisive phase ran from 649 to 726 seconds, when Blackbone stacked six straight kills and turned a manageable lead into control of the finish. His close-range Impact Hammer plan and longer survival neutralised the rivals' broader shooting game; Blackbone won 30:18.

MVP goes to Blackbone for the 30:18 win, a six-kill spree and a full-scale hammer occupation of the arena. Deemer takes longest shot, Ostrelovac gets first blood, and Telefrag wins the shortest but very intense appearance.

Blackbone hammers Blood Money all the way to a 30:18 win

The match on DM-1on1-Blood_Money_Beta2 opened in a way Blackbone would probably never volunteer for the highlight reel: at 24 seconds he killed himself with the Bio Rifle and dropped to -1. One second later came the authoritative first blood, as Ostrelovac hit Telefrag with the Bio Rifle, then finished him again ten seconds later with the Link Gun. Telefrag's brief 35-second stay was effectively over. By the time the opening dust settled, Deemer and Ostrelovac were on the board and Blackbone was repairing his own bad start. Then he found the Rocket Launcher, levelled the pace, and from 67 seconds onward began bending the match in his favour.

From minus one to the lead

Blackbone scored his first clean kill at 56 seconds, sending Deemer down with the Rocket Launcher. Eleven seconds later he added Ostrelovac with the Enforcer and moved to 2 while Ostrelovac remained on 1. In a match that recorded only one lead change, that shift mattered: Blackbone took control and never gave it back. Ostrelovac answered immediately with a Bio Rifle kill at 89 seconds, but the gap slowly started to grow.

The opening minutes were not one-sided. Deemer punished Blackbone with the Stinger and Shock Rifle, Ostrelovac stayed involved with the Bio Rifle, and Blackbone mixed rockets with increasingly brazen Impact Hammer attacks. At 156 and 173 seconds he twice dropped Ostrelovac at point-blank range. By 291 seconds Blackbone had reached 10 while Ostrelovac and Deemer were hovering around four. The player who began at -1 had become the leader with a clear idea: collapse the distance and deny everyone else breathing room.

Crossfire in the middle

From the sixth minute onward, the rhythm became uneven. Blackbone protected his score cushion, while Deemer and Ostrelovac kept stripping points from one another so regularly that their duel almost became a separate match. Ostrelovac landed Shock Rifle damage from 38.8 metres and at 526 seconds caught Blackbone with a Shock Combo from 44.6 metres. Eleven seconds later Deemer answered with the longest kill of the entire game: a 48.3-metre Sniper Rifle shot on Ostrelovac.

That stretch exposed the stylistic split. Deemer averaged 13.2 metres per kill and Ostrelovac 12.9, while Blackbone sat at just 5.2. They looked for lines with the Shock Rifle, Bio Rifle and sniper; Blackbone kept driving forward. Even so, the game then hit its longest quiet spell: 53 seconds without a kill after 575. When combat resumed, Ostrelovac pulled the score back to 12:14, but the return to a close-looking table was only a short delay before the decisive surge.

The hammer storm

The turning point arrived at 649 seconds. Blackbone launched the longest spree of the match, six kills lasting until 726. Five of those six came from the Impact Hammer, and the run was pure arena audacity: Ostrelovac fell from 0.8 metres, Deemer from 1.9, later from 2.4, and Ostrelovac again from 1.2 and 1.7. At 726 seconds Blackbone hammered Deemer for the match's only Double Kill and reached a score of 20.

Deemer instantly answered with the Bio Rifle and was the player who ended the six-kill spree. The damage, however, was already done. The thirteenth minute became the busiest of the match with seven kills, and Blackbone emerged as the clear ruler of the space. His average life lasted 59 seconds, well above Deemer's 40 and Ostrelovac's 32, so the aggression came with survival. When he did die, he often answered quickly: the computed data records 16 revenge kills for Blackbone, against nine for Deemer and eight for Ostrelovac.

Closing the last ten points

Once he passed 20, Blackbone stopped chasing spectacle and started closing the game. Ostrelovac still caught him with the Bio Rifle at 765 seconds and later twice with the Stinger, while Deemer scored Bio Rifle kills at 867 and 1026. The leader kept returning to the same solution: get into touching distance and swing. Between scores 21 and 29 he added seven Impact Hammer kills, and neither rival could consistently keep him outside that range.

Ostrelovac eventually reached 18 and Deemer tied his own score at 18 with a Shock Rifle kill at 1049. They therefore finished level on points, although Deemer had 21 kills and three suicides while Ostrelovac had 20 kills and two. The final scene came exactly at 1065 seconds: Blackbone found Deemer 1.7 metres away and used the Impact Hammer for point number 30. No cross-map shot, no complication — simply the weapon that had defined the entire closing phase.

Match moments
  • Ostrelovac took first blood at 25 seconds with a Bio Rifle kill on Telefrag.
  • Blackbone began with a suicide and a -1 score, yet was already in front by 67 seconds.
  • Deemer produced the longest kill of the match: 48.3 metres with the Sniper Rifle on Ostrelovac at 537 seconds.
  • After 575 seconds came the longest kill-free pause, lasting 53 seconds.
  • Blackbone built the match's longest spree of six kills from 649 to 726 seconds.
  • At 726 seconds Blackbone completed the only Double Kill of the match with the Impact Hammer.
  • The thirteenth minute delivered seven kills and was the busiest minute of the game.
  • Blackbone scored the final point for 30:18 on Deemer with an Impact Hammer hit from 1.7 metres.

The final 30:18 for Blackbone looks comfortable, but the path to it was far messier and more interesting than the twelve-point gap suggests. Ostrelovac opened the scoring, Deemer owned the longest shot, and both were capable of punishing the leader. Blackbone simply lived longer, answered deaths with more immediate revenge kills, and in the second half turned the Impact Hammer into a working tool. Nineteen of his 30 kills came with it. From minus one at the start to the thirtieth point on the final timestamp, the entire match can be read as one long recovery that became domination.

Player verdicts
  • US Blackbone — He recovered from a disastrous -1 opening to reach 30 and found the answer in aggressive close combat. Nineteen Impact Hammer kills, a six-kill spree and a 59-second average life make him the clear MVP.
  • B Deemer — He finished on 18 points with 21 kills, but three suicides cost valuable score. He was the strongest long-range threat and his 48.3-metre sniper kill was the match record.
  • B Ostrelovac — He started with first blood and remained dangerous with the Bio Rifle and Shock Rifle, but 32 deaths kept him behind. Eighteen points and 20 kills were enough to tie Deemer on score, not to challenge for first.
  • B Telefrag — He spent only 35 seconds in the match, died twice to Ostrelovac and collected one item. There was simply not enough time to influence the final result.

    Who killed with what

Each player's kills split by weapon. Reveals every fighter's favorite tool.

The Impact Hammer was the deadliest weapon with 19 kills, all by Blackbone; the Bio Rifle followed with 16. Blackbone also added seven Rocket Launcher kills, while Deemer and Ostrelovac leaned more on the Bio Rifle and Shock Rifle. There were no headshots.

Blackbone gradually stopped contesting Deemer and Ostrelovac at their comfortable mid-range and instead compressed the map, where the Impact Hammer removed much of the Shock Rifle and Bio Rifle advantage. His low average kill distance points to deliberate close-contact play rather than chance. Deemer and Ostrelovac had stronger long lines but could not preserve them against repeated rushes. In the second half, control of short routes beat variety of arsenal.
