Maps: DM-1on1-Spliff
A map called 1on1, yet on UT3.sk even six players can make it spectacularly loud.
DM-1on1-Spliff is a compact deathmatch arena whose name promises a duel, while the server data tells a much busier story. Its footprint is roughly 72 × 58 metres, with 2,758 m² of walkable area and seven recorded obstacles or holes, so the space is not huge but still leaves room for dodges, flanks and unfortunate drops.
So far, UT3.sk has recorded 1 match on the map with exactly 92 kills. Average attendance was 6 players and the match lasted about 9 minutes. Freylih topped the scoreboard with 30 kills, narrowly ahead of MaxRus on 29; Spawnfrag was the strongest bot with 14 kills.
Freylih also owns both recorded map records: 30 kills in a match and the longest streak of 6 kills without dying. The deadliest recorded zone lies in the centre of the floor plan and accounts for 4.2% of all kills—so the middle is not automatic suicide, but it is a place best entered ready.
Battle tips
- Do not treat the 1on1 label as a guarantee of a quiet duel. With six players, avoid staying on one line for long and change position immediately after each fight.
- Server data marks the centre as the deadliest recorded zone. Enter with your weapon ready, know your escape route and do not linger there just to chase a low-value finish.
- Seven obstacles or holes can disrupt direct movement. Watch the floor while backing up or strafing, because a fall or collision with geometry is often cheaper than an opponent's perfect shot.
- The 72 × 58 metre dimensions encourage quick returns to combat. After spawning, create space, identify the direction of the firefight and only then join the nearest exchange.
- Only one kill separated the top two players. In a close match, discipline matters: do not trade a life for a doubtful frag or hand the opponent an easy cleanup.
Despite its 1on1 label, the only recorded UT3.sk match averaged 6 players and produced 92 kills in about 9 minutes.
