Match history — match detail
biggest overkill: greg417 (131 dmg) · airborne kills: 34 · gutsiest kill: Anub1ss (2 HP)
Match verdict: The decisive phase came immediately after the 6:6 tie: from 158 to 174 seconds Anub1ss moved to 10:6 and kept extending the gap. His broad weapon mix and longer average life reduced dependence on any single situation, producing a 30:17 win over sergey2203.
Anub1ss is the clear match MVP with 30 points and only 12 deaths, but the side awards spread around: hemeroid had the longest spree at five, sergey2203 the longest shot at 77.8 m, and Jano the most immediate revenge kills with seven. Diesel handed out plenty of medals, just not the winner's trophy.
Anub1ss broke DM-Diesel after a wild 6:6 deadlock duel
Diesel belonged to everyone early, but from mid-match onward Anub1ss controlled its rhythm.
DM-Diesel started with no polite warm-up. At 16 seconds, sergey2203 opened the scoring by hitting Jano with the Flak Cannon for the authoritative first blood. Two seconds later greg417 sniped Anub1ss, and hemeroid used rockets at 30 and 33 seconds, the second kill completing a Double Kill, to claim the first solo lead at 2:1. The opening therefore looked like a parade of rotating contenders rather than the arrival of a future runaway winner. From 48 seconds onward, however, Anub1ss began to answer with Shock Combo and rockets, and at 60 seconds he led alone for the first time. Even then, nothing on Diesel looked safe or settled.
An opening where the lead refused to sit still
The first eighty seconds felt like a fight over a chair nobody could keep for long. hemeroid led 2:1 after his rocket Double Kill, Anub1ss caught him and reached three points at 60 seconds, but hemeroid tied again with the Bio Rifle at 72. After greg417 killed sergey2203 at 82 seconds, Anub1ss, greg417 and hemeroid all stood on three. The official count of two lead changes does not capture every brief tie in which the table was compressed into a single crowded line.
Then came the longest silence of the match: after the 82-second mark, nobody scored for 21 seconds. Jano ended the pause at 1:43 with a rocket on greg417. One second later Anub1ss sniped hemeroid to move to 4:3, and from there he increasingly dictated the order. The important detail was that he did not depend on one weapon; Shock Combo, Rocket Launcher, Sniper Rifle and Flak Cannon all appeared as the available space changed.
The 6:6 tie and the second that flipped the match
sergey2203 stayed in touch mainly through the Bio Rifle and rockets. He killed hemeroid at 152 seconds and greg417 four seconds later, drawing level with Anub1ss at 6:6. It was the last moment anyone stood exactly beside the eventual winner. Anub1ss answered immediately: at 158 seconds he hit sergey2203 with a rocket to restore a 7:6 lead, then added Jano with the Stinger, Jano again with a rocket, and greg417 with a rocket for a Double Kill. In sixteen seconds, a tie became 10:6.
Jano broke that wave with a Flak Cannon kill at 176 seconds, but the shape of the match had changed. After respawning, Anub1ss killed greg417 with the Bio Rifle, then removed sergey2203 twice and hemeroid. sergey2203 briefly stopped him with the Stinger at 204, yet Anub1ss took revenge at 211, added hemeroid two seconds later for a Double Kill and then Jano at 221. greg417 finally halted him with the Shock Rifle at 222, but the board already showed 17 for Anub1ss and a serious gap behind him.
Midgame: revenge kills, doubles and the race for second
While the leader escaped, a separate tournament formed behind him. At 246 and 249 seconds Jano used rockets to drop sergey2203 and greg417, the second frag completing a Double Kill. At 261 he added Anub1ss with a Shock Rifle shot from only 1.6 metres, then three seconds later took hemeroid with the Flak Cannon for another Double Kill. Jano eventually finished fifth, but his seven immediate revenge kills were the most in the field and perfectly described his style: after being fragged, he often went straight back after the same opponent.
sergey2203 kept collecting points with the Bio Rifle and Stinger, while greg417 repeatedly punished Anub1ss with Shock Combos. greg417 caught him with the combo at both 300 and 313 seconds, but the leader answered with kills on greg417 and sergey2203 at 326 and 332. sergey2203 then cut down Jano and greg417 at 338 and 341, the second for a Double Kill, reaching 15 points. Even that burst did not threaten first place; Anub1ss had already reached 23 in the same phase.
Finale: hemeroid's five and a controlled march to thirty
The final third carried two stories at once. At 363 seconds Anub1ss killed greg417 with the Sniper Rifle, three seconds later took hemeroid with the Flak Cannon for a Double Kill, and at 372 added Jano. Jano slowed him at 26 points with a rocket at 396, but it no longer changed the direction of the result. The leader returned at 436 with a frag on sergey2203, hit greg417 at 441, hemeroid at 448, and ended the match at 458 seconds with point number thirty against sergey2203 using the Bio Rifle.
Meanwhile hemeroid produced the longest spree. Starting with a kill on sergey2203 at 389 seconds, he stayed alive and added Jano, greg417 for a Double Kill, and Jano again; the computed data credits him with a five-kill spree that ended only when greg417 stopped him at 444. It was an excellent late run, but it arrived when Anub1ss was already choosing how to close rather than wondering whether he would win. The final 30:17:15:11:10 line therefore looks calmer than the chaotic first half really was.
Match moments
- sergey2203 scored first blood at 16 seconds with the Flak Cannon against Jano.
- hemeroid completed a rocket Double Kill at 33 seconds and took a 2:1 lead.
- After the 21-second drought beginning at 82 seconds, Jano restarted the action with a rocket on greg417.
- sergey2203 tied the match 6:6 at 156 seconds, but Anub1ss reclaimed the lead two seconds later.
- From 158 to 174 seconds Anub1ss turned 6:6 into 10:6 and created the decisive separation.
- The longest frag belonged to sergey2203: a 77.8 m Sniper Rifle shot on Jano at 48 seconds.
- hemeroid recorded the longest spree at five kills, and greg417 was the player who ended it.
- Anub1ss closed the match at 458 seconds with a Bio Rifle kill on sergey2203 for point 30.
The match lasted 458 seconds, and its opening minutes promised a much tighter finish than the final score delivered. sergey2203 struck first, hemeroid led, greg417 stayed involved, and at 6:6 Anub1ss still had an opponent level with him. Then he found a pace nobody could cut into consistently. Curiously, the winner did not own either the longest spree or the longest shot: hemeroid produced the five-kill run and sergey2203 hit Jano from 77.8 metres. Anub1ss instead took the prize that mattered through sustained pressure, longer survival and 30 points.

The score graph stays lively through 156 seconds: Anub1ss gets ahead several times, but sergey2203 still pulls him back to 6:6. The break comes from 158 to 174 seconds, when the leader jumps to 10:6; after that, the Anub1ss curve keeps separating and never returns to genuine close contact.
