Match history — match detail
biggest overkill: Vulgarus (148 dmg) · airborne kills: 22 · gutsiest kill: Rozsekac (2 HP)
Match verdict: Vulgarus won by converting an even opening into stable control of medium-range lanes, then applying the decisive six-kill spree from 506 seconds. Shock Rifle pressure, Shock Combos and rapid revenge kills removed the last chance of a comeback; Vulgarus beat Uskok 30:11.
Humans vs bots
The war of the camps: how many kills fell between humans and bots in each direction. Reveals who really won the war of species. best human Vulgarus (31 kills) vs best bot Uskok (11 kills).
MVP goes to Vulgarus for 30 points, a six-kill spree and 11 revenge kills. Uskok wins fastest opening, Hlavicka gets the fire-extinguisher award for stopping the longest spree, Rozsekac takes close-contact flak honors, and Walldodge's 46-second average life was practically a spa break in this match.
Vulgarus ruled Rankin with shock, flak and iron nerve
Five lead changes, one early self-inflicted blast, and then a clinic by the player who turned Rankin into a private firing range.
DM-Rankin-2010 opened without a ceremonial handshake. Six seconds in, Uskok fired the Stinger, dropped Hlavicka and claimed the authoritative first blood. Vulgarus answered at 21 seconds with a Shock Rifle kill on the same opponent, then repeated the job twenty-six seconds later. Yet the first minute was no comfortable march for the eventual winner: Hlavicka instantly punished him with the Rocket Launcher, then eliminated Uskok, and at 65 seconds Vulgarus lost a point to his own Bio Rifle. The scoreboard kept changing hands, the lead switched five times, and the opening felt less like a favorite taking command than five players arguing over the last available chair.
Opening minutes: everyone wears the crown
Uskok did not wait long after first blood for another major statement. At 103 seconds he cut down Hlavicka with the Link Gun and, in the very same second, Vulgarus as well, earning a Double Kill and reaching three points. Vulgarus replied nine seconds later with the same weapon to make it 3:3. Then Hlavicka stepped forward: at 123 and 132 seconds he killed Vulgarus twice in succession, first with a rocket and then with the Bio Rifle, moving ahead 4:3. It was the last point at which the match looked capable of remaining genuinely open for long.
After the Bio Rifle mistake, Vulgarus reorganized both his loadout and his thoughts. A Shock Combo on Uskok at 144 seconds tied the score, Hlavicka blew away one of his own points with the Rocket Launcher ten seconds later, and from 165 seconds the first serious breakaway began. In twenty-four seconds Vulgarus removed Hlavicka, Uskok twice, and Hlavicka again, climbing from four to eight. Hlavicka finally stopped the run with the Link Gun at 216 seconds, but the balance was already visible: Vulgarus could change range, weapon and pace without releasing the pressure.
Accuracy at range, pressure up close
The middle of the match became a display of versatility. Vulgarus hit Hlavicka with the Sniper Rifle at 235 seconds, finished him with a rocket twelve seconds later, and at 265 seconds recorded the only headshot of the night. The 38.2-meter shot was also the longest kill of the match. It did not cross the fifty-meter sniper threshold, but on the layered geometry of Rankin it sent a clean message: showing Vulgarus an open angle carried an immediate tax.
When the fight compressed into corridors, Shock Combos and rockets took over. Hlavicka briefly interrupted the rhythm after Uskok fell at 276 seconds, but from 311 to 325 Vulgarus eliminated Walldodge, Uskok and Hlavicka twice. The kill on Uskok at 314 seconds completed a Double Kill and the score reached 16 while Hlavicka remained on five. This was no longer one lucky run; it was the accumulated result of better transitions between spaces, control of the Shock Rifle and an ability to finish duels even with little health left.
Minute seven: Rankin loses the brakes
The busiest passage was the seventh minute, which produced 13 kills. Walldodge opened it by catching Vulgarus with a Shock Combo at 366 seconds, Rozsekac finished him with the Shock Rifle eight seconds later, and Walldodge immediately removed Rozsekac. Five seconds after that, he killed Vulgarus again. The lead was not truly endangered, but the front-runner received a sharp reminder that Rankin still had enough corners for unpleasant surprises.
A chain of short duels followed: Uskok eliminated Walldodge, Vulgarus answered with two Stinger kills, Uskok hit Rozsekac with a Shock Combo from 29.1 meters and then Hlavicka with the Shock Rifle from 35.8. At 411 seconds two kills landed together — Vulgarus on Uskok and Walldodge on Hlavicka. The minute captured the match perfectly: constant target changes, fights at arm's length and across longer lanes, and almost no time to breathe. The longest pause of the entire game lasted only 30 seconds and came after the kill at 58 seconds; after that the arena barely stopped speaking.
Rozsekac's flak charge and the final answer
After 430 seconds came Rozsekac's best stretch. He killed Vulgarus with the Link Gun, then used the Flak Cannon to remove Uskok, Vulgarus and Hlavicka in sequence. His average kill distance was only 4.2 meters, and this run explained why: Rozsekac wanted opponents almost touching the barrel. Uskok meanwhile held second place and used the Link Gun to punish anyone who entered his reach. Vulgarus stayed on 21 points, but in a short span Rozsekac, Uskok and Hlavicka all took him down.
The decisive answer arrived exactly at 506 seconds. Vulgarus chained Shock Combos into Walldodge and Rozsekac, earned another Double Kill and launched the longest spree of the match. Uskok, Walldodge, Hlavicka and Uskok again followed: six kills in 50 seconds, moving the score from 21 to 27. Hlavicka ended it with the Enforcer at 556 seconds, but analytically the contest was already settled. Vulgarus also collected 11 immediate revenge kills, the highest total in the lobby, so every attempt to stop him often became a rapidly processed personal complaint.
Thirty in the final second
The finish still brought heavy traffic. Walldodge killed Hlavicka, Hlavicka immediately removed Vulgarus, Rozsekac took Uskok with the Flak Cannon and four seconds later added Hlavicka for a Double Kill. At 571 seconds Uskok hit Vulgarus with flak and closed his own account on 11 points. The leader did not lose direction: at 582 he answered Uskok with a rocket, at 604 he flak-killed Rozsekac and moved to 29.
Walldodge used the Bio Rifle on Rozsekac at 611 seconds, but the final word belonged to the player who had owned most of the evening. At 616 seconds Vulgarus struck Hlavicka with the Flak Cannon from 17.4 meters and closed the Deathmatch at the target score of 30. The final nineteen-point gap over Uskok looks calm on paper, yet the route included five lead changes, three Double Kills by the winner, one headshot and many moments when Rankin decided that safe distance was merely a theoretical concept.
