MVP goes to Krallbait for reaching 30 and producing the seven-kill spree; KST takes the long-range prize and the only headshot. Krallbait also led immediate revenge kills with 13, ahead of Uskok on 11, Nabeh on 10 and KST on 8.
Krallbait breaks Katami with a seven-kill finishing run
Katami changed hands six times before Krallbait turned a seven-kill spree into a lead he never surrendered.
DM-1on1-Katami behaved like a tiny arena with a very large ego. The four players started trading blows almost immediately, and Krallbait drew first blood after 11 seconds with a Flak Cannon kill on Uskok. Two seconds later KST answered with the Enforcer, and from that point the scoreboard moved so often that holding first place felt more like a short lease than ownership. Across 748 seconds the match produced six lead changes, repeated close-range exchanges and a final score of 30:24:21:20. Krallbait eventually won, but only after surviving stretches in which KST, Uskok and Nabeh each looked capable of controlling the match.
Fast opening and the first swings in the lead
Krallbait took first blood at 11 seconds, but KST answered immediately: he killed Krallbait with the Enforcer at 13 seconds and again with the Stinger at 22, moving to 2:1. After the first minute KST had three points, while Krallbait and Uskok had two and Nabeh was still waiting to get moving. His response was sharp. Nabeh killed Uskok and KST with the Flak Cannon at 75 and 78 seconds, with the second hit completing a Double Kill. Krallbait stopped him two seconds later with the Rocket Launcher and remained close to the front before the first major reshuffle.
Uskok then accelerated. Between 123 and 153 seconds he scored four kills, including a Double Kill on KST at 133 seconds, and that pushed him into sole possession of the lead on five points. KST replied with a Shock Combo and Bio Rifle, while Krallbait worked his way back with the Link Gun and Rocket Launcher. The longest quiet spell came after Nabeh killed KST at 96 seconds: no one scored for 27 seconds, until Uskok ended the pause with a Rocket Launcher kill on Nabeh at 123.
Uskok and Nabeh shake up the middle phase
Around the fourth and fifth minutes, Katami opened up completely. Nabeh quickly eliminated Krallbait and KST, built a short run with the Link Gun, and at 257 seconds moved to eight points and sole possession of the lead after a Flak Cannon kill on Krallbait. Uskok tied him at 264 seconds and took the lead back ten seconds later with the Link Gun. At 333 seconds the scoreboard read Uskok 12, KST 9, Nabeh 9 and Krallbait 8. At that point the eventual winner did not look much like a winner at all.
The pace was ferocious. The precomputed data marks the fifth minute as the busiest with 10 kills, while the eleventh minute also reached 10. The full minute-by-minute profile was 7, 5, 7, 6, 10, 9, 7, 7, 8, 9, 10, 9 and 6 kills. KST added a more precise long-range layer to the brawl; at 244 seconds he hit the only headshot of the match with the Sniper Rifle against Uskok. The fight was therefore not only a close-range scrum, even if Flak and Link Gun exchanges formed its backbone.
Seven kills that flipped Katami
The turning point began at 353 seconds. Krallbait killed KST with the Flak Cannon and from there launched the longest spree of the match: seven kills, lasting until 458 seconds. He mixed the Flak Cannon, Rocket Launcher and Link Gun while steadily erasing the gap. At 435 seconds another Flak kill on KST tied Uskok on 14, and at 452 seconds he hit Uskok with the Rocket Launcher from 19.5 metres to move ahead 15:14. The remarkable detail was that Krallbait had only one point of health left after that kill. Nabeh finally ended the spree with his own Flak Cannon at 458 seconds.
Krallbait did not collapse after the interruption. Uskok tied the game again at 15 in the 472nd second, but Krallbait separated himself once more: a Flak kill on KST at 488, a Link Gun kill on Uskok at 515, and a Double Kill completed with the Rocket Launcher on KST at 517. The heaviest rivalry of the match was Krallbait versus KST: Krallbait killed him 12 times, while KST returned 10. KST also produced the longest kill, hitting Nabeh with the Bio Rifle from 34.2 metres at 393 seconds.
The finish: cushion, suicide and point thirty
From 585 seconds onward, Krallbait built the decisive cushion. He killed KST and Uskok with the Rocket Launcher, then used Flak and the Link Gun to reach 26 points by 642 seconds. At that moment Uskok had 20, KST 18 and Nabeh 15. Nabeh still answered with three Flak Cannon kills between 658 and 672 seconds, while KST killed Krallbait twice in succession at 685 and 697. Krallbait returned the favour in that same 697th second with the Flak Cannon and kept the gap under control.
The strangest late moment arrived at 718 seconds, when Krallbait killed himself with the Rocket Launcher and dropped from 28 to 27. Even that did not reopen the match. At 729 seconds he and KST traded kills, and at 735 Krallbait used the Link Gun to kill Nabeh for point 29. Nabeh answered with the Link Gun at 747 seconds, but one second later Krallbait closed the match with the Rocket Launcher on Nabeh. The final 30:24:21:20 showed that the middle belonged to several players, while the finish clearly belonged to one.
