Match history — match detail
biggest overkill: CrissPowah (93 dmg) · airborne kills: 21 · gutsiest kill: CrissPowah (4 HP)
Match verdict: CrissPowah won 30–20 because he scored consistently after the lead swung between 485 and 493 seconds, not because he owned the longest spree. Nine Stinger kills and useful contributions from several other weapons kept rivals from closing the gap.

CrissPowah Survives Eight Lead Swings on DM-Cath Arena
When the lead changes eight times, the steadiest trigger wins.
DM-Cath welcomed five names to Normal Deathmatch with a simple target: reach thirty points first. Almost nothing else was simple. Match 311 lasted 926 seconds, saw eight changes at the top of the scoreboard, and offered precious little time to admire the scenery. CrissPowah ultimately beat Drtic 30–20, but that comfortable-looking gap disguises a furious early contest. Ungodlike assembled the longest streak of the match, Deemer repeatedly threatened the leaders, and Drtic made every close-range meeting expensive. The opening signature, meanwhile, belonged to a fifth-place player whose appearance was brief but impossible to erase from the story.
First blood, first setbacks
At 17 seconds Brokar fired the opening shot that counted: a Stinger kill on Deemer from 8.7 metres. CrissPowah answered with a Rocket Launcher kill on Brokar only two seconds later. At 31 seconds, however, CrissPowah lost his first point to a suicide. Brokar finished with one point after playing about 33 seconds, yet kept the one honour nobody could take away: first blood.
Deemer opened his account with the Sniper Rifle, while Drtic eliminated CrissPowah at 114 and 125 seconds to lead him five points to three. CrissPowah responded at 143 seconds with a Shock Combo from 28.8 metres. Eleven seconds later Deemer struck CrissPowah with a headshot. No one had yet found a reliable winning rhythm: each promising lead merely seemed to invite another challenger into the arena.
Ungodlike turns the screws
Ungodlike began a remarkable uninterrupted run at 108 seconds and eventually reached eight kills in a row. The Link Gun, Flak Cannon, Shock Rifle and Stinger all played their parts. Drtic and Deemer suffered repeatedly, and CrissPowah was caught as well. By 219 seconds Ungodlike was ahead of CrissPowah seven to five; by 295 seconds the gap was eight to five. Drtic, meanwhile, had stalled after his lively start, while Deemer kept quietly building his own score.
At 354 seconds CrissPowah finally stopped Ungodlike with a Flak Cannon kill from 20.2 metres. That ended the longest spree of the evening. The same passage also contained the longest lull: a 26-second gap after the kill at 246 seconds. On this version of DM-Cath, even that was almost enough time to get comfortable. Then the next weapon sounded and comfort was promptly cancelled.
Deemer challenges the scoreboard
Deemer nailed CrissPowah and Ungodlike with successive rockets at 393 and 396 seconds, earning a Double Kill on the second strike. By 409 seconds Deemer led CrissPowah ten to nine. CrissPowah replied with two Bio Rifle kills against Drtic and Ungodlike, but Deemer kept his foot on the accelerator. At 469 seconds a Rocket Launcher kill against Drtic lifted Deemer to twelve points while CrissPowah stood on eleven.
Then came the decisive exchange. At 485 seconds CrissPowah tied the leaders at twelve with a rocket against Ungodlike. At 493 seconds a Sniper Rifle headshot against Drtic made it thirteen for CrissPowah, twelve for Deemer. This was the lead he never surrendered. Deemer remained dangerous and Drtic continued to collect points, but CrissPowah finally replaced the scoreboard roller coaster with a steady climb. The eight lead changes were now history, not a forecast.
Two Stinger strikes in one second
At 553 seconds CrissPowah produced the clearest demonstration of his new momentum. He eliminated Ungodlike with a Stinger, then Drtic with the same weapon in that very second. The second elimination registered as a Double Kill and moved his score from sixteen to seventeen. He followed with a rocket kill at 588, a Shock Combo at 611, and another Stinger kill against Deemer at 627. He had twenty points while Deemer was still on twelve.
The opposition did not vanish. Deemer collected his own Flak Cannon Double Kill at 655 seconds. Ungodlike kept retaliating and Drtic pressed at closer range, but the race had changed direction. The minute-by-minute record shows two adjacent eight-kill intervals around minute eleven, matching the highest pace anywhere in the match. The decisive middle phase was at least as combustible as the finale; nothing about this victory was simply a late lucky shot.
A long shot and the final point
At 691 seconds Deemer landed the match's longest kill: a Sniper Rifle shot against CrissPowah from 33.9 metres. His average kill distance was also the highest, 16.5 metres, making him the standout marksman by distance. But CrissPowah resumed scoring. A headshot at 725 seconds brought his tally to three, and a Stinger kill against Deemer at 849 seconds took his score to twenty-nine. He still needed one more to finish the job.
Ungodlike provided a final interruption at 889 seconds, using the Flak Cannon to kill Drtic and CrissPowah in the same second for a Double Kill and nineteen points. Drtic then took down CrissPowah with a Bio Rifle at 911 seconds, reaching twenty. The last exchange came precisely at 926 seconds: CrissPowah killed Drtic with a Flak Cannon from 7.1 metres. His thirtieth point shut the door on a contest that had opened in utter uncertainty.

The final ledger on DM-Cath gives everyone a different prize. Ungodlike owned the eight-kill spree and shared the most immediate revenge kills, eight, with Drtic. Deemer delivered the longest shot and twice produced Double Kills. CrissPowah registered three headshots and, crucially, thirty points. Drtic finished on twenty and both Deemer and Ungodlike on nineteen. The winner's average life lasted only 31 seconds, far shorter than Deemer's 46. Survival alone was not the answer. CrissPowah kept returning, switched weapons when needed, and scored most reliably once the lead finally became his.
