CrissPowah overturns Firstblood on DM-Carbine at last
Firstblood fired first; CrissPowah saved the last word for a spectacular rocket.
The October 21, 2026 contest on DM-Carbine was a twenty-minute Normal Deathmatch with little interest in a quiet evening. CrissPowah eventually beat Firstblood 30–23, with Presnak on 19 and Flakjack on 14. Yet the final margin does not describe the struggle: Firstblood was ahead deep into the second half, while CrissPowah repeatedly had to claw his way back. There was an opening Flak Cannon assault, a burst of accurate sniper shots, an awkward assortment of self-inflicted mistakes and, finally, a rocket travelling far enough to deserve a postcard. All four preferred the Flak Cannon, but the eventual winner found answers with considerably more than one weapon.
Firstblood wastes no time
At 0:10, Firstblood hit Flakjack with the Flak Cannon for the official first blood. He struck Presnak at 0:24, then finished Flakjack again four seconds later for a registered Double Kill. When CrissPowah went down at 0:40, the score stood at 4–1 to Firstblood. Seven legitimate kills landed inside the opening minute, tied for the busiest minute of the match. Flakjack took some revenge at 0:59, while Presnak began making the Link Gun look like a serious argument rather than a decorative accessory.
After Presnak eliminated Firstblood at 1:10, a 63-second gap opened between legitimate kills, the longest such lull. Firstblood resumed at 2:13 and stood 6–1 ahead of CrissPowah by 2:41. Then the Rocket Launcher changed the tone. CrissPowah hit Firstblood at 3:28 and 3:48, Presnak at 4:01 and Firstblood once more at 4:05. Suddenly the supposed runaway leader had a pursuer just one point behind, 6–5.
Sniper precision, five straight kills
At 4:46, CrissPowah began his best uninterrupted run by dropping Flakjack with a Sniper Rifle. He followed with Presnak at 5:20, a headshot on Flakjack at 5:33, another on Presnak at 5:46 and a Flak Cannon finish at 6:03. Five consecutive kills put CrissPowah up 10–8. According to the recorded streak calculation, Firstblood ended that run at 6:27 with a Flak Cannon kill on CrissPowah to level matters at 10–10.
At 7:11, CrissPowah landed his third and final headshot on Flakjack from 22.5 metres. But the precision was not infallible: at 8:10, his own Rocket Launcher cost him a point, dropping his score from 13 to 12. Firstblood caught him at 12–12 at 8:51; CrissPowah moved ahead again and led 15–14 after a kill at 9:41. Ten seconds later, Presnak lost a point to his own rocket.
A Flak Cannon comeback with a twist

At 11:48, Firstblood briefly tied the lead at 16–16, only to kill himself with his Flak Cannon in that same second and drop back to 15.
Firstblood took outright control again at 13:27, moving to 17 against CrissPowah’s 16, and added a Double Kill at 13:31 for 18–16. Flakjack had his own burst, killing Presnak three times between 14:51 and 15:15. Presnak was equally willing to fight at point-blank range, even dropping Firstblood with an Impact Hammer at 13:09. CrissPowah recorded no kills between 11:31 and 15:56, a long dry spell while Firstblood extended his lead.
The lead changes hands for good
CrissPowah reappeared at 15:56 with a Shock Combo against Flakjack. Stinger and Link Gun kills put him level with Firstblood at 19–19 by 16:20. Firstblood still answered with point 20 at 16:34, led 21–20 at 16:51 and reached 22 five seconds later. CrissPowah launched a rocket from 34.3 metres at 17:03, then tied the score 22–22 at 17:36. At 17:49 he used a Flak Cannon to eliminate Firstblood himself. That 23–22 lead was the third and final change at the top.

Further close-range kills at 19:41 and 19:54 brought CrissPowah to 29. At 20:04, with one second of match time left, he landed the decisive Rocket Launcher hit on Presnak from 42.6 metres.
