Match history — match detail
biggest overkill: sergey2203 (171 dmg) · airborne kills: 37 · gutsiest kill: Jano (1 HP)
Match verdict: The decisive factor was the gap between kills earned and points lost: hemeroid converted 31 kills and one suicide into the winning 30 points, while sergey2203 finished on twenty after eight suicides. hemeroid’s rocket-driven swing between seconds 75 and 95 secured a lead he never surrendered.

hemeroid earns MVP for his 30–20 victory, Deckrat the five-kill spree honour and Ironguard the only-headshot prize. sergey2203 leads the revenge tally with twelve, while Jano claims a Multi Kill; the suicide awards ceremony might need protective barriers.
Dusk under rocket fire: hemeroid survives late comeback
Two changes at the top, countless close calls, and one winner who kept his own rockets at bay.
On October 19, 2026, DM-1on1-Dusk hosted a Normal Deathmatch that lasted 652 seconds and rarely offered a quiet moment. Seven names, 99 kills against opponents and another 22 self-inflicted deaths produced a match full of strange arithmetic. The target was 30 points, and hemeroid ultimately reached it first. Yet the opening belonged to someone else. Jano found himself under repeated fire, sergey2203 struggled even to keep his score above zero, and Ironguard displayed a remarkably accurate shot. That is why the final 30–20 score looks much simpler than the road that led there.
First blood and the opening king
First blood came after just seven seconds: hemeroid hit Jano with a Rocket Launcher from 7.3 metres. That 1–0 lead looked promising, but Zamerovac shot Jano with a Sniper Rifle at 13 seconds and Deckrat eliminated Zamerovac with a Link Gun one second later. The arena offered no introductory period; everyone was already collecting victims.
Deckrat began a streak at second 14 and piled up five uninterrupted kills. By second 59 he had five points to hemeroid’s two. Ironguard ended that run with a Sniper Rifle hit at second 68. The longest killing spree of the entire match therefore belonged to a player who spent just 99 seconds in it: a short appearance, but an exceptionally noisy one.
Rockets change the owner of first place
hemeroid refused to accept Deckrat’s early dominance. He eliminated Deckrat at seconds 75 and 79, then caught Jano at second 82, recording a Rocket Launcher Double Kill and tying the lead at five. Deckrat struck him back at second 86 to reach six, but hemeroid levelled at 91 and moved to seven at 95 by hitting sergey2203. Following two leadership changes, the overall direction of the contest was finally becoming clear.
Meanwhile, sergey2203 had already fallen below zero after a suicide at second 40 and continued to lose ground to self-inflicted deaths. Jano scored with rockets from second 64 onward, but repeatedly paid for aggression with his own life. At second 125, hemeroid registered the longest hit of the match, firing a Bio Rifle at Jano across 42.9 metres. Apparently, even green goo could qualify as long-range marksmanship here.
A brief silence and an explosive seventh minute
After sergey2203 killed hemeroid at second 166, the match saw its longest kill-free interval: 25 seconds until Jano struck at second 191. The silence offered no real relief. hemeroid had ten points by second 250, fourteen by 301, and eighteen by 381. His lead came from a blend of Rocket Launcher and Bio Rifle eliminations, backed by the ability to score consistently.
The seventh minute, seconds 360–419, became the busiest with 13 kills against opponents. At second 392, sergey2203 earned a Double Kill by hitting hemeroid after taking down Ironguard; at second 417, hemeroid reached 20 points with a rocket against Ironguard. One contender was accumulating a decisive lead, while the other was finally finding rhythm. Jano kept fighting but repeated deaths and respawns drained both his time and his score.
A comeback that punished its own author
sergey2203 climbed from negative points all the way to fourteen at second 474, when his Shock Combo killed hemeroid. The scoreboard then read 20–14. He added Bio Rifle kills, attacked with rockets and collected immediate revenge kills. His twelve revenge kills led the field, ahead of hemeroid’s ten. The two exchanged twenty direct kills, and sergey2203 actually won that head-to-head matchup 12–8.
But the standings count more than a single rivalry. hemeroid killed Jano sixteen times compared with nine by sergey2203, and suffered only one suicide against his challenger’s eight. By second 530 hemeroid had reached 25 points while sergey2203 sat on seventeen, even though the challenger immediately responded with a Shock Combo. The pursuit was impressive, but revenge alone could not erase such a deficit.
A Flak storm and the final rocket
Jano saved his biggest flourish for the finish. He hit hemeroid and sergey2203 with a Flak Cannon at second 592, then Ironguard at 593 to complete a Multi Kill. Ironguard followed with a Double Kill at second 623 and eliminated hemeroid with a Shock Rifle at 628. Yet none of those bursts changed the leader. hemeroid already stood on 28 points at second 599.
sergey2203 blew himself up with a rocket at second 636, dropping to nineteen, then eliminated greg417 at 644 to recover his twentieth point. At second 648 hemeroid hit sergey2203 with a rocket for 29–20. One second later, greg417 eliminated Jano with a Bio Rifle. The last word, however, belonged to the leader: at second 652 hemeroid rocketed greg417, registered a Double Kill and sealed the match 30–20.

The arena’s accounting was sometimes crueller than its weapons. hemeroid finished with 31 kills, one suicide and thirty points; sergey2203 delivered 27 kills but lost eight points to suicides and ended on twenty. Jano had nineteen kills, nine suicides and ten points. Ironguard contributed the only headshot, Deckrat delivered the longest streak and greg417 still found a kill in a fleeting appearance. DM-1on1-Dusk did not reward someone who never faced danger, but the competitor who returned to the fight with effective rockets and fewer costly mistakes.
