Match history — match detail
biggest overkill: Jano (108 dmg) · airborne kills: 51 · gutsiest kill: hemeroid (3 HP)
Match verdict: Jano won because he converted pressure into points without losing any to suicides, then capitalised on the final exchanges. hemeroid dominated one key phase with nine straight kills and finished with 32 kills overall, but five self-inflicted deaths erased that advantage. Final score: Jano 30, hemeroid 27.

MVP goes to Jano for winning 30:27 without a suicide. hemeroid claims the longest spree (9), most immediate revenge kills (12) and longest shot (49.4 m), plus the less welcome award for five suicides; Jano and Fragan recorded five immediate revenge kills each.
Jano survives the rocket storm to win Korumi 30:27
A nine-kill rampage, six lead changes and a final strike at precisely the right time.
The Normal Deathmatch on DM-1on1-Korumi on October 19, 2026 offered the scoreboard little chance to rest. Over 667 seconds, the players chased a target score of 30. Jano eventually hit that target, with hemeroid finishing on 27 points and Fragan on 17. Yet the result hardly explains what happened. hemeroid actually recorded more kills than the winner, only to have his own rockets undo much of his work. Six changes of leader, a remarkable nine-kill streak and a frantic climax made this more than a routine march to the frag limit.
Seven seconds were enough to start the fire
First blood came at 0:07 when hemeroid hit Fragan with a Rocket Launcher from just 2.5 metres. Only two seconds later Jano fired back at hemeroid with the same weapon to make it 1:1. Veteran interrupted the favourites with quick kills on Jano and hemeroid, reaching three points by 0:32. This was already a crowded race for the lead, not a private appointment between the eventual top two.
Jano then put the Flak Cannon to work. He dispatched Fragan at 0:21 and hemeroid at 0:24 for a Double Kill, taking a 3:1 advantage over his main rival. A Bio Rifle kill on Veteran followed at 0:44, and he reached five points at 1:06. Fragan landed a Double Kill of his own at 0:58, while Veteran briefly rose to six points. But Veteran lost one to his own rocket at 1:53. The opening was a contest of quick exchanges and expensive mistakes.
hemeroid unleashes rockets: suddenly it is 12:6
At 2:12 hemeroid eliminated Fragan with the Bio Rifle, then leaned heavily on the Rocket Launcher. Jano fell at 2:28, putting hemeroid ahead 7:6. Fragan and Jano repeatedly reappeared in his sights as the advantage grew to 12:6 by 3:01. Between 2:12 and 3:07 hemeroid put together nine kills without dying, the longest uninterrupted killing spree of the match. It was sustained pressure rather than one isolated lucky exchange.
The punchline was supplied by the log itself: no opposing player is credited with ending that streak. At 3:07 hemeroid suffered a rocket suicide. After Jano killed Fragan at 3:19, the match then went 35 seconds without a kill, its longest dry spell, until 3:54. The leader still held the advantage, but the rhythm had broken. A six-point cushion could disappear quickly, especially when every mistake could subtract a point rather than merely delay the next one.
Jano claws back the deficit
At 4:40 Jano began a four-kill rocket sequence against Fragan, Longshot, hemeroid and Fragan again. The hit on hemeroid at 4:45 registered a Multi Kill and lifted Jano to ten points against his opponent’s 13. hemeroid responded by stopping Jano at 4:57, but the threat had changed. Longshot and Zerker were now involved in the exchanges, making progress depend on navigating a whole field of opponents rather than winning a simple duel.
The next decisive swing took shape near the six-minute mark. hemeroid led 16:15 at 6:06, but a rocket suicide at 6:22 dragged him back to 16. Jano killed him with a Flak Cannon at 6:30 and took the lead, 17:16. Rocket kills on Longshot and Zerker at 7:02 and 7:03, followed by two Bio Rifle finishes at 7:20 and 7:28, carried Jano to 21:18. Still, hemeroid was anything but finished. At 8:22 he caught Longshot with a Bio Rifle from 49.4 metres, the longest successful shot of the night.
The final minute turns everything upside down
At 10:06 hemeroid eliminated Fragan with the Flak Cannon to move ahead 27:26. The eleventh minute produced 20 kills, more than any other minute of the match. Jano used a rocket against Vystrel at 10:29 to make it 27:27. Then Tarydium entered the drama with Link Gun kills on hemeroid at 10:36 and Zerker at 10:38. Vystrel added rapid Link Gun kills against hemeroid at 10:42 and Fragan at 10:44. The supporting cast was suddenly rewriting the headline.
Jano took down Tarydium with a rocket at 10:45 for 28:27. Fragan killed Jano with an Enforcer five seconds later, yet at that very same second Jano also eliminated Vystrel with a rocket and reached 29:27. At 10:56 Longshot killed Fragan and Zerker eliminated Tarydium. Even at 11:06 Tarydium managed another kill on hemeroid. But Jano supplied the decisive final note: a Bio Rifle kill on Longshot at 11:06 brought up point number 30. He finished 30:27, one second before the recorded end.

Fragan, in third place, likewise turned 22 kills into 17 points after five self-inflicted deaths. Korumi favoured short-range combat, even though hemeroid produced one shot from nearly 50 metres. Jano earned the win, hemeroid owned the longest streak and Longshot became the last victim of the match. It entertained spectators and reminded players that a rocket does not always respect the person who fired it.
