KST turns DM-Deck around with a fierce seven-kill streak
Ranar started fast, KST responded, and seven uninterrupted kills changed the game.
DM-Deck punishes hesitation, and match 309 was proof. Six competitors, 20 minutes and 40 seconds, a target of 30 points and two changes of the outright leader produced a contest that the final standings cannot explain on their own. KST eventually beat Ranar 30–24, but the path was far from comfortable. Someone else took the early initiative, the scores twisted through the middle period, and only a seven-kill streak gave the outcome its final shape. Flak Cannon dominated close encounters, Shock Rifle punished opponents at range, and the green danger of Slime kept appearing. The log already tells a dramatic story.
First blood in six seconds and an early escape
The first blood arrived at six seconds. Trhac dropped Rozstrel with a Flak Cannon from 3.1 metres, and Rozstrel replied with a Link Gun at 34 seconds. Then Ranar entered the action: a Rocket Launcher caught KST from 32.2 metres at 62 seconds, followed by another rocket against Rozstrel at 91 seconds. KST remained stranded on zero for an uncomfortable stretch. His rocket elimination of Trhac at 141 seconds coincided with his own Rocket Launcher suicide, cancelling the point instantly.
Ranar kept scoring with rockets, then Stinger and Shock Rifle. By 252 seconds he led KST 8–2; at 377 seconds it was 10–7. Meanwhile Rozstrel and Trhac alternated successful attacks with costly mistakes. Bio Rifle accidents, Slime and CampKiller penalties provided an early reminder that DM-Deck allows a player to lose points without any enemy firing the decisive shot.
A Double Kill and a change at the top
KST began his serious recovery between the sixth and eighth minutes. At 423 and 424 seconds he eliminated Trhac and Ranar in succession with Shock Rifle; the second hit registered as a Double Kill. At 9–10 he still trailed Ranar. But at 463 seconds KST hit Ranar with Stinger, five seconds later eliminated Trhac, then sent Ranar into Slime at 476 seconds. The standings flipped to KST 12, Ranar 11. It was the last of the two recorded lead changes, following Ranar’s earlier takeover.
There was no safety in that advantage. Ranar stayed close and equalised at 14–14 with a Flak Cannon kill at 672 seconds. Rozstrel had recorded his own Stinger Double Kill at 396 and 397 seconds, dispatching KST and then Ranar. At 643 seconds Prestrelka eliminated KST with a Shock Rifle from 62.3 metres.
Seven unanswered eliminations rewrite the contest
From 691 seconds until his death at 780, KST produced the match’s longest streak: seven uninterrupted kills. He started with Sundavac using Stinger, struck Trhac with Shock Combo and eliminated Sundavac again. At 751 and 752 seconds he took Sundavac and Ranar almost back-to-back with Stinger, earning a Double Kill on the second strike. Another Ranar elimination followed, then a Shock Combo against Rozstrel. Only Trhac, firing Shock Rifle at 780 seconds, finally stopped him. After his seventh kill at 772 seconds, KST held 21 points against Ranar’s 15.
The close struggle had become a clear advantage. The pace matched the drama: the 13th minute recorded 11 kills, tied for the busiest with the 14th. Trhac later reached 17 points and pushed hard, but was too far behind the leader. Ranar added an especially expensive episode at 711 seconds, eliminating Rozstrel with Redeemer before dying to the same weapon himself. A promising point had vanished as quickly as it appeared.
A long shot and an exact final blow
The last stretch remained dangerous. At 986 seconds KST delivered the longest kill of the match, hitting Trhac with Redeemer from 94.3 metres. A rocket at 1035 seconds eliminated Ranar from 35.9 metres and took KST to 24 while his main rival had 21. Another long Redeemer attack at 1136 seconds removed Rozstrel from 72.9 metres. KST was not flawless: at 1086 seconds he eliminated Rozstrel with Bio Rifle but also killed himself with that weapon, remaining on 24 points.
At 1195 seconds another Bio Rifle attack on Rozstrel took KST to 28, though Rozstrel eliminated him with Flak Cannon in that very second. A Shock Rifle at 1212 seconds delivered point 29, with Ranar still on 23. The ending was precise: at 1239 seconds KST finished Trhac with Shock Combo from 17.7 metres, reaching the 30-point goal and winning 30–24. Prestrelka squeezed in his own Double Kill against Ranar at 1223 seconds, but the ultimate lead was already beyond him.

Rozstrel managed 28 kills, yet ten suicides cut his score deeply. KST gathered 25 items compared with Ranar’s 11, and his average life lasted 49 seconds, the longest in the field. The winner was not the player who burst ahead earliest. He was the one who absorbed that early deficit, protected a seven-kill run and still had the composure to land the last shot.
