Match verdict: The match was decided in the transition into the final third, when Anub1ss began scoring more consistently than his pursuers and efficiently alternated the Sniper Rifle with rockets. After Liandrik tied it 10:10, nobody took the lead away again, and Anub1ss finished the duel 30:17.

MVP goes to Anub1ss for 30 points, 31 kills and the longest five-kill spree; Ostrelovac earns the revenge prize with ten immediate paybacks. Strelko owns the 34.7-meter distance curiosity, while Liandrik gets the comeback award for reaching 10:10.

Anub1ss turns DM-Rankin-2010 into a 30-point victory

DM-Rankin-2010 skipped the warm-up. Just 11 seconds in, Liandrik hit Anub1ss with the Shock Rifle for first blood, making it clear that the road to 30 would not be a quiet lap around the map. Anub1ss answered eight seconds later with a Shock Combo, and the opening quickly became an exchange of sharp counters. Liandrik moved ahead 2:1, Anub1ss tied it at 2:2, then kills on Ostrelovac and Liandrik pushed Anub1ss to 4:3 at 61 seconds. That was the only lead change of the entire match. The scores stayed close for a long time afterward, but Anub1ss never surrendered first place again.

First blood, instant answers, first separation

Liandrik's Shock Rifle at 11 seconds was a clean opening statement, but Anub1ss settled the first debt at 19 seconds with a Shock Combo. When Liandrik used the Flak Cannon at 38 seconds to make it 2:1, the reply took only one second: Bio Rifle, 2:2. Liandrik then dropped Ostrelovac with the Flak Cannon, only for Ostrelovac to answer four seconds later with the Enforcer. The start was full of small personal accounts, and nearly every one was paid immediately.

Anub1ss then switched to the Rocket Launcher. He hit Ostrelovac at 56 seconds and Liandrik at 61, reaching 4:3 and producing the match's only change of leader. Then came an unusual silence: the longest pause lasted 63 seconds and began after that kill at 61. When action resumed, Anub1ss added a Sniper Rifle kill on Ostrelovac and a Shock Combo on Strelko. His run reached five kills from 39 to 148 seconds before Ostrelovac finally ended it with a Sniper Rifle shot.

Liandrik returns and forces ten-all

The early Anub1ss advantage never became permanent separation. After a Rocket Launcher suicide at 147 seconds, Liandrik recovered with the Flak Cannon and kept punishing both Anub1ss and Ostrelovac. At 176 seconds came the strangest double entry of the game: Anub1ss landed the only headshot of the match on Liandrik with the Sniper Rifle, while Liandrik killed Anub1ss with the Flak Cannon in that same second. Strelko also entered the argument with two quick Link Gun kills, turning the second into a Double Kill at 235 seconds.

Liandrik's strongest pressure came from 263 to 294 seconds. The Sniper Rifle gave him kills on Ostrelovac, Anub1ss, Strelko and then two more on Anub1ss. The 290-second shot completed a Double Kill, and at 294 seconds Liandrik tied the score at 10:10. That was the last moment anyone stood completely level with Anub1ss. Twenty-eight seconds later, Anub1ss answered Liandrik with the Sniper Rifle and went to 11:10. A close duel was turning into a test of who could survive the second half with fewer dry spells.

The sixth minute takes the brakes off

The middle of the match was the densest stretch. The computed tempo shows nine kills in the sixth minute, more than in any other minute. Ostrelovac found momentum with rockets, killing Liandrik and then Anub1ss two seconds later for a Double Kill. Liandrik answered with the Shock Rifle, Anub1ss killed Strelko with the Flak Cannon in that same second, and Ostrelovac soon tagged Anub1ss again. The leaders were packed together on the scoreboard, and every mistake immediately carried a point cost.

Ostrelovac was also the master of instant revenge, recording ten revenge kills, ahead of Anub1ss with nine and Liandrik with seven. His average kill distance of 14.5 meters was the best of the four, and his average life of 43 seconds was the longest. Yet Anub1ss still held the lead. At 388 seconds a Sniper Rifle kill on Strelko took him to 13, another Flak Cannon kill made it 14, and a Shock Combo on Liandrik brought 15. Ostrelovac remained close enough to threaten, but needed the leader to finally slow down.

The finish belongs to the Sniper Rifle

The decisive phase began after 456 seconds. Anub1ss first removed Ostrelovac with a Shock Combo, then in a rocket exchange with Liandrik at 462 seconds he also registered a Rocket Launcher suicide. It did not stop him. At 472 and 474 seconds came two fast Rocket Launcher kills, the second completing a Double Kill, followed later by a Stinger kill on Liandrik. Strelko did answer at 496 seconds, killing Anub1ss with the Link Gun from 34.7 meters—the longest kill of the match—and Ostrelovac added his own Double Kill at 509, but the gap was already starting to open.

From score 20 onward, Anub1ss leaned heavily on the Sniper Rifle, his most productive weapon with ten kills. Across the whole match, the Sniper Rifle led all weapons with 17 kills, narrowly ahead of the Rocket Launcher's 16. Anub1ss moved through 21, 22, 23 and then piled late points onto Strelko, Liandrik and Ostrelovac. Liandrik stopped him with the Link Gun at 628 seconds and again at 647, but between those kills Anub1ss reached 29. Exactly at 657 seconds, a 29-meter Sniper Rifle shot on Strelko closed the match at 30:17.

Match moments
  • Liandrik scored first blood at 11 seconds with the Shock Rifle on Anub1ss.
  • Anub1ss took the lead 4:3 at 61 seconds, the only lead change of the match.
  • A 63-second kill drought followed the 61-second frag, the longest pause of the game.
  • Anub1ss built the longest spree at five kills before Ostrelovac ended it at 148 seconds.
  • Liandrik tied the match 10:10 at 294 seconds, the final complete tie at the top.
  • The sixth minute produced nine kills and was the busiest minute of the match.
  • Strelko killed Anub1ss with the Link Gun from 34.7 meters, the longest kill of the game.
  • Anub1ss finished at 657 seconds with a Sniper Rifle kill on Strelko for 30:17.

The final score of 30:17 looks comfortable, but the road to it was not. Liandrik opened the match and still managed to tie Anub1ss 10:10 at 294 seconds, while Ostrelovac stayed within reach through the middle and repeatedly punished the leader with instant revenge kills. The real separation came only in the final third, when Anub1ss started collecting points in larger bursts and rotated between rockets, Shock Combo and especially the Sniper Rifle. The final shot arrived exactly at 657 seconds. Rankin therefore produced a match with only one lead change, but far more changes in tension.

Player verdicts
  • CZ Anub1ss — The winner finished on 30 points, 31 kills and a match-high 4808 damage dealt. After the only lead change he survived Liandrik's return to 10:10 and decided the finish largely with the Sniper Rifle.
  • B Ostrelovac — Second place with 17 points came with the longest average life at 43 seconds and a match-best ten immediate revenge kills. The Link Gun and Rocket Launcher worked well, but he could not match Anub1ss's late pace.
  • B Liandrik — He scored first blood and used the Sniper Rifle to fight back to 10:10, finishing with 16 kills. A Rocket Launcher suicide and a weaker closing phase kept him from staying with the leader.
  • B Strelko — He ended on 6 points but left two memorable marks: a Link Gun Double Kill and the match's longest kill from 34.7 meters. With 19 deaths and only two collected items, his control was not stable enough.

    Who killed with what

Each player's kills split by weapon. Reveals every fighter's favorite tool.

The Sniper Rifle was the deadliest weapon with 17 kills; Anub1ss scored ten of them and also recorded the match's only headshot. The Rocket Launcher finished just behind with 16 kills, including eight by Anub1ss and six by Ostrelovac.

Anub1ss benefited from the more flexible arsenal: Sniper Rifle and Shock Combo for clearer lines, Rocket Launcher and Flak Cannon in tighter spaces. Liandrik was dangerous when he could switch from Flak to the Sniper Rifle, but his pressure became less continuous late. Ostrelovac played more patiently and survived longer, yet he often reacted with revenge rather than dictating the pace. The kill distances suggest the winner adapted better between short- and medium-range fights instead of relying on one engagement type.
