Match history — match detail
biggest overkill: hemeroid (120 dmg) · airborne kills: 44 · gutsiest kill: Jano (4 HP)
Match verdict: hemeroid won Normal Deathmatch on DM-Deck 30–29 by adding two net points after the 28–28 tie. Jano had 21 Rocket Launcher kills and led 29–28, but his suicide penalties and hemeroid’s last kill turned 33 versus 36 raw kills into a one-point result.
Humans vs bots
The war of the camps: how many kills fell between humans and bots in each direction. Reveals who really won the war of species. best human hemeroid (36 kills) vs best bot Bourak (13 kills).
The win belongs to hemeroid; the 20-kill spree trophy goes to Anub1ss and the award for ending it goes to Nice1337. Jano owns the 66.2-metre longest kill, hemeroid leads immediate revenge kills with 17, and Anub1ss has the only headshot.
Last rocket on DM-Deck: hemeroid edges Jano 30–29!
Nine lead changes, a 20-kill streak and a rocket in the final second settled everything.
On September 22, 2026, DM-Deck hosted a Normal Deathmatch with a 30-point target. The contest lasted 2,024 seconds, or 33 minutes and 44 seconds, but the winner was decided by the very last entry in the kill log. hemeroid and Jano traded points, quick revenge kills and occasional disasters with their own explosives, all while other opponents interrupted their private contest. As the pair approached the finish, Anub1ss produced a streak that seemed worthy of a separate competition. Raw kills did not tell the whole story: every suicide also cost a point. That arithmetic would make a seemingly simple race to thirty anything but straightforward.
First blood and Jano sets the pace
Jano took first blood after 15 seconds, dropping Hlavicka with the Flak Cannon. hemeroid answered with a rocket at 34 seconds, but Jano hit back at 50. With kills at 111 and 149 seconds, Jano stretched the score to 4–1. hemeroid immediately brought out the Redeemer and hit Jano from 59.7 metres away; the gap nevertheless survived that spectacular reply.
Hlavicka then refused to remain merely a line on someone else’s scoreboard. Between seconds 231 and 313, Hlavicka killed Jano three times and hemeroid once, ending with a Stinger Double Kill. Two seconds later, Slime wiped out one point. hemeroid also lost a point to his own rocket at 217 seconds. Jano’s lead owed something to accurate shooting, but also to how expensive every self-inflicted mistake could become.
Bourak shakes up the duel
As Bourak became more involved, close-range exchanges multiplied. Jano hit Bourak with a rocket at 366 seconds; hemeroid completed a Double Kill by finishing Bourak at 380 after dispatching Jano. At 396 seconds, hemeroid answered Jano’s Bio Rifle kill with a Redeemer just one second later. Revenge was becoming an essential weapon in their rivalry.
The seventh minute contained seven kills, one of the busiest passages in the computed timeline. Jano reached 14–12, but hemeroid made it 14–14 at 709 seconds and took a 15–14 lead with another rocket 51 seconds later. No advantage was safe: hemeroid later equalised at 16–16 and 18–18, while Jano kept finding ways to move ahead again. The two could barely hold a lead long enough to admire it.
Long shots and Jano’s opening
The longest recorded kill arrived at 828 seconds when Jano hit Bourak with a Redeemer from 66.2 metres. hemeroid then found a productive spell with the Sniper Rifle, hitting Jano at 1,101 seconds, Bourak at 1,127 and Jano again at 1,134. The score of 21–20 marked another reversal, though costly errors had not disappeared. A Redeemer blast at 1,057 seconds had also taken hemeroid’s own life and a point.
Jano killed hemeroid with Slime at 1,201 seconds and reached 25 by rocketing Bourak at 1,260. At 1,291, his own rocket took him back to 24. Not much later, hemeroid killed Anub1ss with a Redeemer but immediately lost a point in the blast as well. The scores were locked at 24–24 at 1,373 seconds. Avoiding accidents mattered as much as landing the next spectacular hit, and neither contender could claim to have mastered that part of the game.
Anub1ss unleashes a twenty-kill storm
Anub1ss logged just 743 seconds of play, yet left the match’s defining streak. Following a death to Jano’s rocket at 1,420 seconds, the spree started at 1,443 and ran until 1,850: twenty kills without dying. Jano, hemeroid and Nice1337 all fell. The arsenal kept changing: Shock Rifle, Shock Combo, Rocket Launcher, Bio Rifle, Redeemer and Sniper Rifle. At 1,619 seconds, Anub1ss scored the match’s only headshot, against Jano.
Jano still held a 28–23 lead over hemeroid at 1,582 seconds, while hemeroid searched for a route back. Anub1ss kept cutting down both front-runners until Nice1337 finally stopped the spree with a rocket at 1,850 seconds. Nice1337 eliminated hemeroid shortly afterwards too. These apparently secondary encounters were now directly affecting the contest for first place.
The final second is worth thirty
At 1,898 seconds, hemeroid killed Jano and closed to 26–27. The score reached 28–28 at 1,941. Then Jano’s extraordinary Redeemer moment arrived at 1,973: he lost a point by killing himself, but also eliminated Nice1337 and Anub1ss. The resulting Double Kill left Jano ahead 29–28, needing only one more point.
Anub1ss hit Jano and hemeroid with Shock Combos, Nice1337 killed Jano, and hemeroid reached 29 by killing Anub1ss with a Bio Rifle at 2,012 seconds. At 2,021, Anub1ss killed Nice1337 but lost a point to his own Shock Rifle. At 2,024 seconds the finish finally arrived: hemeroid rocketed Jano, reached the target of 30 and won 30–29. A 33-minute Deathmatch had found its punctuation in a single projectile.

Anub1ss finished on 27 points with 28 kills and just nine deaths despite playing far less time. This was not a tale of uninterrupted domination: nine lead changes, 17 immediate revenge kills for hemeroid and the final rocket tell a story in which returning fire mattered right up to the very end.
