Match verdict: Jano won the Deathmatch on DM-1on1-Devastation with 30 points, ahead of Shardfall on 18. His takeover at 166 seconds and rocket bursts, particularly from 399 to 419, proved more important than Shardfall’s five-kill spree.

Jano Rockets Through Devastation with a Final Mega Kill
Liftjump struck first, Shardfall fought back, but Jano owned the thirtieth point.
DM-1on1-Devastation hosted a Deathmatch in Normal mode on October 18, 2026, and its four contestants were given 687 seconds to reach the 30-point target. The eventual order was Jano on 30, Shardfall on 18, Liftjump on 14 and Ostrelovac on 13, but nothing about the opening promised such a commanding finish. A Stinger announced the first blood, a string of immediate reprisals raised the temperature, and a Rocket Launcher turned close-range exchanges into a score avalanche. Nor was the winner immaculate: some of the rockets seemed just as dangerous to their owner. It was the kind of match where the scoreboard needed to keep up with both the hits and the mishaps.
Stinger opens the scoring as the contest finds its rhythm
Liftjump claimed first blood at 20 seconds, eliminating Jano with a Stinger from 12.1 metres. Nine seconds later he removed Ostrelovac with the same weapon and led 2–0. Jano answered against Ostrelovac with a rocket at 36 seconds, while Ostrelovac struck Liftjump with a Link Gun at 47 seconds. By 89 seconds Ostrelovac had also eliminated Jano with an Enforcer, tying him at two points. Four kills came in each of the first two minutes: a restrained introduction by the standards of what followed.
Jano brought two of his early deaths upon himself with the Rocket Launcher at 77 and 108 seconds, the latter costing a point on the live scoreboard. Shardfall suffered a CampKiller penalty at 114 seconds, then used an Enforcer to eliminate Liftjump and Jano. At 157 seconds Jano, Liftjump and Ostrelovac were all on three points. Nine seconds later Jano rocketed Ostrelovac to reach four and take the lead. The match summary records only one change of leader: the early advantage had finally settled into the hands of its eventual winner.
Shardfall builds a five-kill streak, then Jano cuts it short
Jano hit Shardfall at 170 seconds, but a Shock Rifle reply arrived at 179. That began the longest uninterrupted killing spree of the game: five eliminations for Shardfall between 179 and 232 seconds. Another Shock Rifle shot against Liftjump at 182 seconds brought a Double Kill. Flak Cannon attacks then removed Liftjump and Jano, before Link Gun accounted for Ostrelovac. On six points, Shardfall had drawn level with Jano, but had not snatched the lead.
At 237 seconds Jano found Shardfall with the Rocket Launcher, ending the five-kill streak and reaching seven points to Shardfall’s six. Liftjump answered with a Sniper Rifle elimination, and Shardfall later landed an Enforcer hit from 32.4 metres, yet the key pattern had changed. Between 272 and 298 seconds Jano scored five rocket kills, lifting his score from nine to thirteen; Double Kills were registered at 281 and 298 seconds. Shardfall could still win an exchange, but Jano was beginning to dominate the rate of scoring.
Ten kills in the seventh minute and rockets everywhere
Liftjump punished Jano with the Link Gun at 307 and 326 seconds, but Jano responded against Ostrelovac at 334 and Liftjump at 335 seconds. He now had 16 points while Liftjump had eight. Shardfall returned fire with two Link Gun eliminations, yet Jano continued collecting points, moving to 17 at 365 seconds and 18 at 383. Neither retaliation nor a tight arena could disrupt his pursuit for long.
The seventh minute, from 6:00 to 6:59, produced the match-high ten kills. At 399 seconds Jano removed Shardfall, at 402 Liftjump, at 404 Ostrelovac and at 407 Shardfall again, all with rockets. The log escalates the notices from Double Kill to Multi Kill and then Mega Kill. Jano had jumped to 22 points against Shardfall’s 11. A Shardfall Enforcer elimination of Jano is also logged at 407 seconds, making that instant particularly crowded on paper. Jano added another Shardfall kill at 419; this barrage created a decisive gap rather than merely a colourful highlight reel.
Ostrelovac owns the longest shot; Jano owns the finish
Ostrelovac enjoyed a forceful spell from 425 to 449 seconds, striking Shardfall, Liftjump twice and then Shardfall again. The final blow came from 36 metres with the Rocket Launcher, the longest recorded kill, although nobody reached the 50-metre sniper-distance threshold. Ostrelovac averaged 14.6 metres per kill to Jano’s 7.6. Still Jano eliminated Shardfall at 467 seconds and Liftjump at 473, advancing to 25 points. Link Gun, Enforcer and Stinger responses kept the chasers involved without erasing the lead.
Jano reached 28 points at 576 seconds despite two more self-inflicted deaths along the way. A 39-second gap without a kill followed, the longest pause of the contest. Shardfall broke it at 615 seconds and completed a Double Kill two seconds later against Ostrelovac. Jano hit 29 at 634 seconds, but Liftjump killed him with a rocket at 637. Ostrelovac took down Jano with a Flak Cannon at 655 seconds while also recording a self-inflicted death. Finally, at exactly 687 seconds, Jano killed Liftjump with a Rocket Launcher from 3.6 metres. Thirty points: no overtime, no ambiguity.

In eleven minutes and twenty-seven seconds, four players supplied sudden bursts, direct revenge and several reminders that explosives have no respect for their owner. Jano finished with 34 kills but four suicides, translating into exactly 30 points. Shardfall recorded the longest spree at five and eleven revenge kills, one more than Jano. Liftjump wrote the first line of the match with his Stinger and Ostrelovac supplied its longest-distance blow. Their contributions were real, but Jano found the strongest scoring rhythm when the match was at its busiest. That was how a contested opening became a comfortable final margin.
