Jano Rockets to Victory in Penetrated Deathmatch Chaos
Eleven changes of the lead, a six-kill burst and rockets louder than any post-match excuse.
Match 324 on UT3.SK began on October 24, 2026, in an arena called DM-1on1-Penetrated. Despite the one-on-one hint in its name, Normal Deathmatch brought six contenders into the record: Jano, hemeroid, Rachot, Trajbalajka, Rambajz and Quickswap. Over 17 minutes and 19 seconds, the lead changed eleven times, and the target stood at 30 points. Nobody was allowed to relax on the strength of an early advantage. Rocket blasts dominated, but this was not random chaos. Precise timing, sudden revenge kills, tactical changes in weapon choice and a painful collection of self-inflicted deaths shaped the standings until the very last second.
First blood and the short Rambajz reign
Rambajz drew first blood at 22 seconds, eliminating Quickswap with a Link Gun from 4.7 metres. Just one second later Jano answered with a rocket against Rambajz; at 28 seconds another rocket caught Rachot. Yet the opening did not belong exclusively to Jano. Rambajz took out Quickswap four times and hit Jano at 104 seconds, reaching five points. He had already made it clear that the opening minutes were open season on everybody.
Rachot retaliated with Flak Cannon and rockets, but his own blast cost him a point at 120 seconds. Rambajz eliminated Rachot with the Bio Rifle at 142 seconds, then suffered a self-inflicted death at 145 and dropped to five points. Quickswap played 135 seconds and Rambajz 145; both departed early. Their confrontation left its mark on the statistics, but the pursuit of 30 points went on without them.
Trajbalajka takes charge; Rachot finds the doubles
Trajbalajka first appeared as a killer at 162 seconds, dropping hemeroid with the Flak Cannon, then Jano six seconds later. Her sequence between 285 and 324 seconds caught Jano, hemeroid and Rachot and carried her to ten points while Jano had six. The Bio Rifle was far more than a novelty, accounting for six of her eventual 22 kills. Minute five produced nine opponent kills, joint-highest with minute eight.
Rachot was anything but a spectator. At 346 seconds his Link Gun took down hemeroid; three seconds later the same weapon dispatched Jano for the first recorded Double Kill. At 371 seconds he rose to eleven points with a kill on Trajbalajka, only for her to equalise immediately with a Flak Cannon hit at 372. Meanwhile hemeroid strung together Stinger kills on Rachot and Jano at 424 and 426 seconds for another Double Kill. Jano remained dangerous, but repeated self-inflicted damage kept dragging his score backwards.
The 46-second silence and an unlikely long shot
Mid-match featured feuds decided within seconds. At 491 seconds hemeroid rocketed Jano and Jano returned the favour in that very same second. At 536 seconds came the evening’s longest confirmed kill: hemeroid hit Jano with a Flak Cannon from 30.3 metres. It was a remarkable distance for that weapon, though still nowhere near the 50-metre threshold marked as sniper range in the match data.
Trajbalajka reached fifteen points at 547 seconds, ahead of Rachot on fourteen and Jano on thirteen after his next kill at 548. Then the arena fell quiet for 46 seconds, the longest gap between recorded kills, until hemeroid broke the silence by eliminating Jano at 594. These middle minutes showed why raw kill totals could mislead: Jano lost six points through suicides and hemeroid lost five. Staying alive after firing could be as useful as firing in the first place.
Six unanswered lives and the final rockets
Rachot still threatened the leaders after 700 seconds, but Jano was finding his range. Between 814 and 890 seconds he scored six consecutive kills without dying: hemeroid twice, Rachot twice, hemeroid once more, then Rachot again. Five of those kills came from his Rocket Launcher. By 890 seconds Jano held 24 points against Rachot’s 21. Trajbalajka ended the streak with a Stinger at 892 seconds, but she could not erase its effect on the race.
Rachot had also earned a Double Kill at 861 seconds and hemeroid another at 947, so the chasing pack did not surrender. Jano rocketed hemeroid at 967, Trajbalajka at 977, and hemeroid again at 1008 to reach 28 points. Trajbalajka caught him with a Shock Rifle at 1016. The final reply, however, belonged to Jano: rockets took Rachot out at 1034 for point 29 and Trajbalajka at 1038 for point 30.

Jano needed 36 kills to score his winning 30 points because six self-inflicted deaths ate into the total. Likewise, hemeroid finished with 30 kills but lost five points to his own mistakes. The defining quality was not perfection, but the timing of the winner’s closing surge. Eleven changes of the lead, four recorded Double Kills and repeated instant revenge attacks made this a genuine contest; the player who could recover and strike hardest near the finish took the crown.
