Jano conquers DM-Deck after nine swings in the lead
Nine lead changes, four persistent pursuers and a finish in which Jano rode the Rocket Launcher all the way to thirty.
Match 122 on DM-Deck delivered exactly what a 30-frag Deathmatch promises: unstable leadership, punishing close-range exchanges, rockets flying more often than sensible decisions, and several stretches where the table changed in seconds. Walldodge drew first blood at 0:33 by dropping Uskok with a Shock Combo, only for Uskok to answer with a Rocket Launcher in the very same second. That exchange set the tone: nobody was allowed much peace. In the end, Jano handled the chaos best. With 34 kills and four suicides he reached the target score of 30, finishing six points ahead of Zamerovac on 24.
Opening minutes: Walldodge lights the fuse, Jano settles in
Walldodge opened the scoring with a Shock Combo on Uskok at 0:33, but the rocket reply was immediate. Rozstrel joined in by killing Jano at 0:50, then threw away the advantage by falling into slime two seconds later. Jano scored his first frag at 2:00 against Rozstrel and added Walldodge nine seconds later, becoming the sole leader at 2:1. Uskok jumped ahead at 2:52 with his third point, but early leadership behaved more like a hot potato than private property.
From 3:25 onward Jano found rhythm. Bio Rifle kills on Uskok and Walldodge started the longest spree of the match: five kills from 205 to 324 seconds without an opponent killing him. The streak ended in the most UT way possible — Jano blew himself up with the Rocket Launcher at 5:24. After kills at 5:00 and 5:08 came the longest quiet spell of the match, 54 seconds without a kill until 6:02.
Middle game: a three-way lead fight and a storm of flak
Between the seventh and ninth minutes the scoreboard became a knot. Walldodge leaned heavily on the Flak Cannon, Rozstrel stayed close, and Jano temporarily surrendered his cushion after self-inflicted mistakes. At 7:20 Jano, Rozstrel and Walldodge were all tied on eight. Walldodge reached nine, then a suicide pulled him back; Rozstrel briefly took sole possession of first, then slime cost him another point. Those small deductions kept the lead moving.
At 9:04 Jano killed Walldodge with the Flak Cannon to reach ten and retake sole first place. From there he began building a more stable margin. The tenth minute was the busiest of the match with ten kills. Zamerovac accelerated through Link Gun, Rocket Launcher and Flak Cannon, while Uskok and Rozstrel kept undermining themselves with suicides. After ten minutes Jano had 11, Rozstrel and Walldodge 10 each, and Zamerovac 7 — still open, but now tilting toward Jano.
Late arrivals: Zamerovac closes in while fresh threats appear
Around the fourteenth minute hemeroid entered the kill log, with Trajbalajka appearing later. Their shorter play time did not produce caution. hemeroid mixed Rocket Launcher, Bio Rifle and Sniper Rifle; Trajbalajka rotated through rockets, flak, bio and the Redeemer. Meanwhile Zamerovac began cutting Jano's margin. Around minute 17 it was 21:16, and after a productive burst near 17:00–17:20 Zamerovac climbed to 19 while Jano remained on 21. It was the strongest late challenge to the leader.
Jano answered with rocket kills on hemeroid and Zamerovac to move to 23. Then came the loudest single second of the match: at 19:07 Trajbalajka fired the Redeemer and hit Uskok, hemeroid and Jano in the same timestamp, completing a Multi Kill. The hit on Jano came from 54.3 metres. Later Trajbalajka added a 61.2-metre Bio Rifle kill on Uskok. Despite arriving late, his 25.9-metre average kill distance was the highest in the field.
Finish: twenty-seven was not enough; the last push had to be survived
After minute twenty Jano still led, but the margin was not secure. Zamerovac stayed in the 21–24 range while Uskok, hemeroid and Trajbalajka kept producing their own bursts. Jano recorded 14 revenge kills, the most in the match, repeatedly converting deaths into quick answers. His approach remained direct: an average kill distance of 11.9 metres and 24 Rocket Launcher kills.
At 22:23 he killed hemeroid with a rocket to reach 27. The 22:34 sequence was pure chaos: Jano killed Trajbalajka with a rocket and also died to his own rocket at the same timestamp. At 23:02 hemeroid hit Jano with a Redeemer from 61.3 metres, the longest kill of the match. Jano still reached 28 at 23:15, absorbed more deaths to hemeroid and Trajbalajka, then took the final two points from Uskok at 24:06 and Trajbalajka at 24:13. The final 30:24 was sealed with the weapon that had defined his night — the Rocket Launcher.
Match moments

- Jano produced the longest spree, five kills from 3:25 to 5:24, ending only with his own Rocket Launcher suicide.
- The tenth minute produced ten kills, the highest one-minute total of the match.
- Jano retook sole first place at 9:04 and never surrendered the lead again.
- Trajbalajka hit Uskok, hemeroid and Jano with a Redeemer in one second at 19:07 to complete a Multi Kill.
- hemeroid's 61.3-metre Redeemer kill on Jano was the longest kill of the match.
- Jano logged 14 revenge kills and scored the final two points with rockets in the last eight seconds.
The 30:24 scoreline looks calmer than the match actually was. Nine lead changes and repeated three-way ties in the middle show that Jano did not cruise to victory. He won by keeping the lead after 9:04, converting short-range engagements into rocket kills and answering quickly even after suicides or enemy bursts. Zamerovac finished second on 24, Uskok and hemeroid on 18, Trajbalajka on 17, Rozstrel on 14 and Walldodge on 13. DM-Deck produced a winner who was not flawless, but who was the most persistent and the most productive when it mattered.
