Match history — match detail
biggest overkill: KST (120 dmg) · airborne kills: 23 · gutsiest kill: Axonite (4 HP)
Match verdict: The deciding factor was the closing phase: Axonite's five-kill streak from second 890 and his instant recovery after KST's headshot. KST's suicide at 930 also erased his margin; Axonite then closed the game 30:29 with a rocket in second 943.

MVP goes to Axonite for the 30:29 win and his five-kill closing run. Gibsmith earns the revenge award with 14 revenge kills, while KST gets the iron-nerves mention for stopping the eventual winner's longest streak with a headshot in second 942.
Axonite steals Trite with a rocket at the final second
Three names on 29, one second left, and a Rocket Launcher that decided everything.
DM-1on1-Trite delivered a Deathmatch that refused to settle until the final second. KST opened the scoring after 26 seconds, dropping Axonite with the Bio Rifle, but the reply was immediate. Axonite accelerated, recorded the first Double Kill in second 49, and by second 170 had pushed his own score to seven while KST sat on one. Yet nobody owned this match for long. Gibsmith kept climbing, Presnak repeatedly interrupted the front-runners, and the official summary records six lead changes. By the closing stretch, the early cushion had vanished and the fight became a four-way scramble for every weapon, angle, and second.
Axonite starts fast, but KST draws first blood
First blood belonged to KST: in second 26 his Bio Rifle caught Axonite from 2.9 meters. Less than half a minute later KST surrendered that point with a Rocket Launcher suicide, while Axonite was already building momentum. He first rocketed Presnak, then used the Shock Rifle on Gibsmith for a Double Kill, and in second 60 added KST. More frags on Presnak and KST carried Axonite to seven points by second 170.
That two-kill burst at 170 showed his defining strength: turning a short window of map control into multiple points. KST answered at once. Between seconds 178 and 201 he scored with the Sniper Rifle and Rocket Launcher, including a headshot on Axonite at 183. Gibsmith gathered points mainly with the Flak Cannon, while Presnak stayed relevant through Flak, Shock Combo and Sniper Rifle kills. What had looked like an Axonite breakaway quickly became a match in which all four players could disrupt the order.
The middle game closes the gap
Axonite held first place through much of the middle phase, but the route was messy. KST reeled him in with the Bio Rifle, Stinger and rockets, Gibsmith leaned heavily on the Flak Cannon, and Presnak punished close-range fights. At second 324 Axonite had 11 points and Presnak eight; then came the longest quiet spell of the match, 43 seconds without a kill. Once action resumed, the scoreboard began to compress.
Axonite also hurt himself. A Shock Rifle suicide in second 476 and a Rocket Launcher suicide in 546 erased two points. KST tied him at 15:15 in second 555 and moved into sole possession of the lead, 16:15, with a Stinger kill on Gibsmith at 605. Four seconds later Axonite answered with the Bio Rifle for 16:16, but the old cushion was gone. Gibsmith reached 16 in second 617, and KST immediately reclaimed the edge with a Shock Rifle kill. The chase had become an open three-player battle.
Gibsmith takes command, KST stays attached
After second 700, Gibsmith became the most dangerous scorer. He flakked Axonite in 717 to reach 20, tied KST at 22 in 743, then killed KST with the Flak Cannon four seconds later to take a 23:22 lead. Gibsmith's Flak was the strongest single player-weapon combination of the match with nine kills, while the Flak Cannon led all weapons with 25 kills overall.
KST refused to disappear. He tied Gibsmith at 24:24 with the Shock Rifle in second 792 and reached 25 by rocketing Axonite at 822. Gibsmith answered immediately with a Sniper Rifle headshot on KST for 25:25 and soon moved to 26. In second 879 KST used the Bio Rifle to reach 28, but in that same second Gibsmith killed him with the Enforcer and climbed to 29. At that moment Gibsmith was one frag from victory, while Axonite remained on 24, five points back.
Five kills, a headshot, then the last rocket
From second 890 came the match's biggest run. Axonite killed Presnak with the Enforcer, then Gibsmith six seconds later with another Enforcer shot from 40.8 meters, and added Presnak with the Link Gun at 904. KST reached 29 in second 899, but his own Rocket Launcher cost him a point at 930 and dropped him to 28. That mistake reopened the race. Axonite killed Gibsmith with the Link Gun at 934 and completed a Double Kill on Presnak two seconds later, extending his streak to five and moving from 24 to 29.
Then came a finish that needed no embellishment. In second 942 KST landed a 31.7-meter Sniper Rifle headshot on Axonite, ending the five-kill streak and tying the score at 29. Gibsmith was already on 29, so three players shared the same number. One second later Axonite returned and killed KST with the Rocket Launcher. Thirty to twenty-nine: game over. Six lead changes had ended with one point, one second, and one rocket separating the winner from a three-way tie.

The Rocket Launcher, his favorite weapon and the source of eight of his kills, settled the match at the exact moment when nobody else had time to answer.
