KST takes DM-Deck with a seven-kill midgame surge on top
KST was not the fastest starter, but a seven-kill midgame run created a gap nobody could close.
DM-Deck opened without caution. Axonite drew first blood after only 18 seconds, dropping Gibsmith with the Rocket Launcher. KST stayed scoreless much longer, taking early hits from Gibsmith and Axonite before finally scoring at 161 seconds with the Bio Rifle on Axonite. That slow start hid what was coming. Rockets, flak, Link Gun fire and slime deaths kept reshuffling the order, while suicides repeatedly erased hard-earned points. With five lead changes across the match, precision alone was not enough; surviving your own decisions mattered almost as much as winning the next duel.
Axonite strikes first while KST searches for rhythm
The opening belonged to everyone except the eventual winner. Axonite followed first blood with another kill on KST, Gibsmith quickly reached three points, and KST advanced one step at a time. Once KST leaned on the Bio Rifle and picked up close-range points around the dangerous slime areas, his score settled. At 336 seconds he killed Gibsmith with the Bio Rifle to reach six and move toward the leaders.
Presnak supplied classic DM-Deck chaos: rapid Flak Cannon scoring mixed with points thrown away through Redeemer, Shock Rifle and slime suicides. That instability mattered because his strongest stretches were good enough to challenge the lead, but the self-inflicted losses kept cutting into the gain. By ten minutes all four players were still within reach and the lead remained fragile.
Seven kills that changed the match
The heaviest pressure arrived around the middle of the game. Presnak chained Shock Combo, Rocket Launcher and Bio Rifle kills to reach 11, briefly looking like the player most likely to stop KST. KST answered with his preferred mix: Bio Rifle, Link Gun and quick target changes. From 728 to 878 seconds he produced the match's longest spree, seven kills without dying, moving all the way to 16 points.
Gibsmith finally ended that run at 878 seconds with the Link Gun, but the damage was already done. KST had forced everyone else into chase mode. His edge was not only kill volume: his average life lasted 58 seconds, longest in the match, while Axonite averaged only 37. That extra survival time let KST turn map presence into points instead of constantly rebuilding from spawn.
A 74.6-metre Bio Rifle kill stretches the lead
One image defines the second half: at 969 seconds KST killed Axonite with the Bio Rifle from 74.6 metres. It was the longest kill of the match and an extraordinary distance for that weapon. KST was already on 18 points, pushing the game into a phase where his rivals needed both more speed and fewer mistakes. Presnak stayed closest, but his suicides kept taxing every comeback.
The pace came in waves. The fifth minute was the first busiest minute with six kills, a total matched again in later bursts. Then came the longest quiet spell, 52 seconds without a kill after 1175. When combat resumed, Axonite, Gibsmith and Presnak could still kill KST, but they could no longer make the scoring gap disappear.
Stinger closes the account at thirty
The finish followed a clear pattern. After losing a point to his own fall, KST recovered immediately. He sat on 24 for a stretch, then killed Axonite with the Bio Rifle and added Link Gun and Shock Rifle work on the way to 27. Presnak defended second place with the Flak Cannon, the deadliest weapon overall with 22 kills; 13 of those belonged to Presnak.
KST simplified the final moments. At 1541 seconds he used the Bio Rifle on Presnak for point 28, at 1578 he hit Gibsmith with the Stinger for 29, and six seconds later the same Stinger finished Presnak. The 30:21 score hit the goal exactly. Gibsmith ended on 16 and Axonite on 14.

KST did not win by owning the opening; he won by improving as the match developed, staying alive longer and turning the middle phase into a decisive seven-kill run. His nine immediate revenge kills led the field and showed how quickly he could answer after dying. Presnak had enough firepower to threaten, but eight suicides were too expensive. Gibsmith ended the longest spree and Axonite supplied first blood plus the only headshot, yet the finish belonged to KST, who converted the last 46 seconds into two clean points and reached thirty exactly.
