Rockjock wins Katami by one point after wild comeback
Katami delivered six lead changes, two five-kill sprees and a finish where a single point decided everything.
DM-1on1-Katami turned into more than fourteen minutes of constant pressure for every point. Rockjock drew first blood after 13 seconds, dropping hemeroid at close range with the Flak Cannon, then added Jano three seconds later for a Double Kill. The longest quiet spell of the match followed—26 seconds—and after that the contest changed shape. Jano surged, Veteran repeatedly disrupted the leaders, and hemeroid punished open lanes. The lead changed six times, suicides kept erasing hard-earned points, and all four players remained relevant deep into the match. When the clock reached 851 seconds, first and second place were separated by only one point.
First blood, then Jano takes over
Rockjock began at full speed. His Flak Cannon first blood on hemeroid came at 13 seconds from 5.5 meters, and at 16 seconds he hit Jano with the same weapon for a Double Kill. Then the scoreboard started fighting back: Veteran suicided with the Rocket Launcher at 37 seconds, Jano scored at 42 and blew himself up ten seconds later, and Rockjock also lost a point to his own rocket at 53.
From 101 seconds, Jano produced the strongest uninterrupted run of the match. He killed Veteran, Rockjock, hemeroid and kept going until he had five kills without dying. The spree lasted from 101 to 149 seconds and was ended by Veteran with the Shock Rifle. Jano immediately rebuilt momentum, adding a rocket Double Kill at 159 and 163 seconds. By then he had eight points and had clearly turned Rockjock's explosive opening into a genuine four-way fight.
The middle turns into controlled chaos
The middle phase compressed the scoreboard. hemeroid mixed Enforcer, Bio Rifle and Rocket Launcher, Veteran rotated between Flak, Link Gun and Shock Rifle, while Rockjock recovered his rhythm. Jano reached 12, but pressure from Veteran and hemeroid cut into his advantage. At 390 seconds Rockjock tied Jano 12:12 with a rocket. Six seconds later hemeroid also reached 12, Jano killed hemeroid in the same second, and Rockjock then lost a point to another rocket suicide.
The seventh minute was the busiest, with 12 kills. Veteran registered a Double Kill, Jano answered, and then Rockjock produced the sharpest burst: between 475 and 477 seconds he killed Veteran, hemeroid and Jano with the Stinger, reaching a Multi Kill. Eight seconds later he added hemeroid with the Link Gun and climbed to 17.
Jano reaches 26, Rockjock starts the chase
Jano refused to disappear. From 507 through 619 seconds he scored repeatedly with the Rocket Launcher and Flak Cannon, reaching 25 after two quick kills on Veteran. He then pushed on and at 654 seconds another Flak kill on Rockjock gave him 26 while Rockjock sat on 19. A seven-point cushion looked substantial, but on Katami it became the setup for the final act.
From 662 seconds Rockjock began cutting the deficit. He killed Jano with the Enforcer, then Veteran with Flak, hemeroid with the Stinger and Jano again at 704. Three seconds later he hit Veteran with the Stinger for a Double Kill and reached 24. Jano still made it 27 at 739 and 28 at 748 by killing Rockjock with the Bio Rifle, but Rockjock answered with consecutive kills on Jano. At 782 he also produced the longest kill of the match, a 42.3-meter Stinger hit on hemeroid, bringing himself back to 28.
Final seconds: one point and no safety
The last stretch began with Jano and Rockjock level at 28, while Veteran and hemeroid still had enough influence to decide who would get clean chances at 30. Veteran added kills at 791 and 795, hemeroid replied, and Rockjock reached 29 by killing Veteran with Flak at 805. Seven seconds later Jano also reached 29 with a Rocket Launcher kill on hemeroid. But at 816 hemeroid stopped Jano with the Shock Rifle, denying him the winning point.
A CampKiller death then dropped Rockjock back to 28, extending the drama. He restored 29 at 838 with a close Flak kill on Veteran. Veteran still hit hemeroid with the Link Gun from 36.2 meters at 843, but the final action belonged to Rockjock. At exactly 851 seconds he killed hemeroid with the Flak Cannon from 8.4 meters and reached 30. Jano stayed on 29, Veteran finished on 26 and hemeroid on 23.

Katami ended exactly as the match had promised: no safe lead and no chance to relax. Rockjock won 30:29 even though Jano controlled long stretches and still held a major advantage after the ten-minute mark. Veteran repeatedly broke the leaders' streaks, while hemeroid became decisive in the final sequence by stopping Jano on 29. Six lead changes, constant weapon switches and costly suicides kept the table unstable. Rockjock's last Flak hit was therefore more than point number 30—it completed a comeback from 19:26 and turned an apparent Jano win into the narrowest possible finish.
