hemeroid conquers DM-Deck with a ruthless eight-kill run
Four lead changes, a rocket chase and one eight-kill streak turned DM-Deck into a test of nerve.
DM-Deck did not begin cautiously. At 13 seconds, hemeroid opened the scoring with a Rocket Launcher kill on Jano and claimed the authoritative first blood. But the opening minutes belonged to nobody for long: Deemer joined in with a Shock Rifle hit, Zamerovac answered with the Flak Cannon, and Jano quickly recovered from the early blows. At 117 seconds hemeroid and Jano were tied 3:3, and less than a minute later Jano led 5:4. The match immediately showed why it would finish with four lead changes. Anyone expecting a calm march to the 30-point limit instead got nineteen minutes of firefights, slime mishaps, self-inflicted rockets and constant reshuffling of the order.
Rocket start and the first tug-of-war for the lead
hemeroid struck first, but Jano refused to be pinned down. A Bio Rifle kill at 53 seconds and a Flak Cannon kill at 68 made it 2:2. hemeroid still moved to 4:3, yet Jano answered with two rocket kills on hemeroid and Deemer to turn it into 6:4. Mistakes also mattered: Deemer recorded two suicides in the first five minutes, while Jano lost two points to slime and his own Rocket Launcher.
Those negatives kept the table open. At 258 seconds hemeroid hit Deemer with the Sniper Rifle, then 18 seconds later removed Jano with the Bio Rifle to regain the advantage. DM-Deck was not producing a stable gap yet; it was acting like a spring, with every short escape compressed by somebody else's reply.
Bio Rifle changes the rhythm
From the sixth minute onward hemeroid scored more and more often with the Bio Rifle. Zamerovac briefly interrupted the pattern by killing Jano at 349 seconds and hemeroid at 352, the second hit completing a Double Kill. hemeroid answered with two Bio Rifle kills on Zamerovac and more on Deemer. By 474 seconds he was on 12 points, while Jano reached eight with his reply at 488.
The gap was not decisive yet, but the shape of the game was changing. Jano remained committed to rockets and eventually took 19 of his 24 kills with the Rocket Launcher. hemeroid mixed Bio Rifle, Rocket Launcher and Sniper Rifle instead. That broader weapon range let him score from more situations, with an average kill distance of 21.1 metres compared with Jano's 14.3.
Eight kills that tore the match open
The key stretch ran from 537 to 745 seconds. hemeroid began with a Sniper Rifle kill on Jano and then assembled eight eliminations without dying. Deemer, Zamerovac and Jano all fell as the Bio Rifle, sniper and rockets were used as needed. hemeroid's score rose from 12 to 20 during the run, turning a close contest into a real lead.
Jano still fought back. Between 724 and 740 seconds he scored three times, including a Double Kill after rocket hits on Deemer and Zamerovac. At 745 seconds came the small irony of the match: the player who stopped hemeroid's longest streak was not Jano but Deemer, using the basic Enforcer. It was a valuable interruption, but not a comeback; hemeroid already had 20 and was dictating the pace.
Late chase and a long-range Redeemer
Jano accelerated once more. From 769 to 809 seconds he added four kills and another Double Kill to reach 18 points. hemeroid answered with two Sniper Rifle kills on Deemer and another on Jano, keeping the margin healthy. The 15th minute produced seven kills, the busiest minute of the match, and the arena briefly returned to full chaos.
After Deemer killed hemeroid at 983 seconds, the longest lull lasted 55 seconds. Then Zamerovac produced the shot of the night: at 1083 seconds he hit Deemer with the Redeemer from 50.5 metres and also caught Jano from 47.1 metres at the same time for a Double Kill. hemeroid stayed outside that blast, reached points 28 and 29, survived two late deaths, and at 1152 seconds finished Jano with the Enforcer for the final 30:22.

The final 30:22 score for hemeroid looks more comfortable than the first half really was. Jano forced him to react for a long time and briefly held the lead, Zamerovac delivered two explosive Double Kill moments, and Deemer became the player who stopped the longest streak. The difference was hemeroid's ability to stay alive longer, change weapons to suit the situation and punish opponents with immediate revenge kills — he recorded eleven of them. DM-Deck did not end with one miraculous last-second swing; it was decided by steadily growing control that became unmistakable during the eight-kill run in the middle of the match.
