KST conquers DM-Agony2 after a tense fight for lead
Tarydium struck first, Kemper shook the middle of the match, and KST built the decisive gap only after a hard fight.
DM-Agony2 began with no warm-up. Just four seconds in, Tarydium dropped Sundavac with the Enforcer for the authoritative first blood, but the opening minute was not a constant firefight: after KST's Rocket Launcher kill at 15 seconds came the longest quiet stretch of the match, 57 seconds without a kill. When the action restarted, both the order and the arsenal began to shift. Tarydium stayed in front, KST chased, and Kemper with Sundavac gradually joined the race. The early disorder eventually became a fight for tempo in which KST had to survive three lead changes, Kemper's surge, and Doskok's late seven-kill spree.
Tarydium has the first word
Tarydium claimed the opening minutes without much diplomacy. After first blood he added two close-range Flak Cannon kills on Sundavac and Kemper, then took down KST with the same weapon at 153 seconds. He reached three points and briefly held the lead alone. KST answered with rockets: at 166 seconds he drew level with Tarydium, and at 209 seconds he hit him again from 31.7 meters to move to four points.
The opening phase also contained costly mistakes. Tarydium and Sundavac each recorded a rocket suicide, and KST removed one of his own points at 287 seconds. That briefly put Tarydium back on top, but his match ended after 327 seconds on four points. KST then started taking over: from 354 to 449 seconds he built a six-kill spree, mostly with the Stinger, turning a tight opening into the first meaningful gap.
Kemper pushes it all the way to 13:13
When KST reached ten points at 524 seconds, Kemper was on eight and the match still had no calm center. Sundavac hit KST and Kemper with the Flak Cannon at 637 and 640 seconds in quick succession, producing the only Double Kill of the entire match. Doskok stopped him immediately with a rocket. The pace rose and the margins narrowed.
Kemper then produced the fiercest pressure. Between 687 and 738 seconds he killed Doskok and then KST four times in a row, every one of those KST kills coming from the Rocket Launcher. KST's advantage vanished and at 738 seconds the score was 13:13. It was the future winner's most dangerous moment: Kemper had rhythm and the weapon that suited him. KST replied at 788 seconds with a Shock Combo directly on Kemper, reclaimed sole possession of the lead, and never gave first place back.
Shock, Stinger, and the decisive breakaway
Once back in front, KST accelerated exactly when the others expected another close exchange. From 788 to 833 seconds he added four kills: Kemper with a Shock Combo, Doskok with the Shock Rifle, Doskok with another Shock Combo, and Kemper with the Shock Rifle. After a short reply from Doskok, KST added another four kills through 928 seconds. He moved to 21 points while Doskok had 10 and Kemper 14; a contest that had been open suddenly had a clear direction.
KST did not win with one weapon. Across the match he scored ten kills with the Stinger, eight with the Rocket Launcher, six with Shock Combo, four with the Shock Rifle, two with the Bio Rifle, and one with the Link Gun. He also collected 23 items, the most in the field. That variety let him change range and rhythm while the Flak Cannon remained the match's deadliest weapon overall with 27 kills.
Doskok's spree comes too late
With KST already on 25, one final warning sign appeared. From 1010 to 1099 seconds Doskok assembled the longest spree of the match: seven kills without dying. He hit Sundavac, KST, Kemper, and KST again while switching among the Shock Rifle, Flak Cannon, Rocket Launcher, and Shock Combo. His score climbed from 12 to 18 and he briefly drew level with Kemper. Kemper ended the spree with a Stinger at exactly 1099 seconds.
KST, however, still had 25 points and accelerated again once Doskok's run was stopped. Rocket Launcher and Shock Rifle kills carried him to 28. Doskok hit him twice more with rockets, but the gap was no longer seriously threatened. The twentieth minute delivered nine kills, the busiest minute of the match. At 1223 seconds KST used the Stinger to beat Kemper for point 29, and twelve seconds later he used the same weapon against the same opponent to close the match at 30.

KST's final 30 points look more comfortable than the match really was. Tarydium controlled the opening, Kemper erased the gap to 13:13 in the middle, and Doskok produced the longest spree late. KST handled every phase: he survived the uneven start, answered Kemper's rocket pressure, and from 788 to 1016 seconds built a cushion the others could not erase. The final Stinger kill on Kemper at 1235 seconds was a fitting finish for the player with a broad arsenal, the most collected items, and the strongest closing phase.
