Match history — match detail
biggest overkill: Thor@x (188 dmg) · airborne kills: 24 · gutsiest kill: Thor@x (4 HP)
Match verdict: Thor@x beat Drtic 30–16 on DM-Deck in Normal Deathmatch because a nine-kill streak between seconds 322 and 460 created a lasting lead. Reliable Shock Combo and Shock Rifle scoring amplified the advantage, while Drtic’s five self-inflicted deaths reduced the value of his 21 kills.

Thor@x conquers DM-Deck with a fierce nine-kill rampage
Once the Shock Combos started landing, even the fiercest pursuer could not close the gap.
On August 14, 2026, DM-Deck hosted a Normal Deathmatch that lasted 17 minutes and 51 seconds and featured twelve players. Anyone expecting a straightforward race to thirty points first saw four self-inflicted deaths before an actual opponent was eliminated. Brokar drew first blood, freedie00 answered with rockets, and Thor@x was initially taken down by Biosludge's Flak Cannon. The eventual champion did not arrive looking invincible. That only made his later takeover more striking: a lively early contest gave way to a relentless sequence of Shock-powered eliminations.
The first blood took sixty-three seconds
The opening log entries belong to self-inflicted deaths by Eleven, Liandrik and Liftjump. The first actual elimination came at 63 seconds, when Brokar hit Eleven with a Shock Combo. freedie00 then struck Brokar with a rocket; at 147 seconds, Brokar shot Biosludge from 50.9 metres using the Shock Rifle. No other recorded kill travelled farther.
Brokar reached four points, while freedie00 contributed a Redeemer hit and a Link Gun kill. Biosludge also collected two eliminations, including one against Thor@x at 263 seconds. The lead changed twice over the match. The early running belonged to several names, rather than the player who would ultimately reach thirty.
Thor@x unleashes a nine-kill avalanche
Thor@x scored his first point at 292 seconds with a Shock Combo on Brokar, followed twelve seconds later by a Shock Rifle kill. From 322 seconds, he assembled nine kills without dying. Brokar was the frequent target, joined by freedie00, Kulomet and Drtic. At 368 seconds, one Redeemer struck Brokar and freedie00: a proper Double Kill that transformed the tempo.
By 450 seconds, Thor@x stood on eleven points. Drtic finally ended the nine-kill streak at 460 seconds with a Flak Cannon blast from just 3.7 metres, then claimed a Double Kill against Brokar three seconds later. It was a spirited counterattack, but not a return to the lead. That streak had already built the decisive cushion.
Drtic hits back, but mistakes cost points
The middle stretch was loud rather than tidy. Drtic eliminated Thor@x with the Sniper Rifle at 515 seconds, later adding Shock Rifle and Link Gun kills. Thor@x kept scoring against Klicka, Kulomet and Drtic. At 575 seconds, the two eliminated each other at the same recorded second: Shock Combo versus Link Gun. Such trades made the pursuit dramatic without erasing the deficit.
Drtic registered 21 kills, but five self-inflicted deaths dragged his final score down to sixteen. Slime and his own rockets contributed to the damage; Thor@x suffered only one self-inflicted loss. Drtic remained dangerous in close quarters with the Flak Cannon and rockets. The problem was not a lack of aggression, but its cost.
Revenge, distance and a late sniper
From 685 to 780 seconds, Thor@x advanced from seventeen to twenty-four points. Shock Rifle, Shock Combo, Bio Rifle and Redeemer all featured. Ampjunkie surprised him with a Shock Combo at 688 seconds, but Thor@x then eliminated Ampjunkie twice. Drtic landed a Link Gun kill at 720 seconds and a rocket hit at 758, keeping their personal rivalry alive despite the scoreboard.
The closing third introduced mg72. more prominently. His first kill, at 819 seconds, was a Sniper Rifle hit on Thor@x; he then targeted Drtic and freedie00. The sniper delivered four kills and the match's only headshot. Average kill distances reveal different approaches: Drtic at 12 metres, Thor@x at 19.6, and Brokar at 26.6.
Final minutes: explosions and a precise finish
There was no sleepy ending. Both the seventeenth and eighteenth minutes produced ten kills, with the computed busiest-minute award going to minute seventeen. At 1001 seconds, mg72. caught freedie00 and Drtic with the Redeemer for a Double Kill. Thor@x then reached 26 against mg72., 27 against Drtic and 28 against Kulomet. Drtic continued scoring, but the gap stayed substantial.
At 1048 seconds, mg72. secured his eighth point with a headshot on Drtic. Drtic replied with kills on Kulomet at 1058 and freedie00 at 1064, finishing with sixteen points. But Thor@x landed a Shock Combo on Drtic at 1065 for his twenty-ninth point and repeated the same victim and weapon at 1071. The score stopped at 30–16, exactly on the winning target.
