Match verdict: The decisive phase was 765–836 seconds, when Thor@x erased Zerker's lead with an eight-kill spree and then took first place. Shock Combo control, longer survival and steady late scoring turned a contested middle phase into a 30:11 Thor@x win.

MVP goes to Thor@x for the 30:11 win, 33 kills and eight-kill spree; Zerker takes the long-range prize for a 50.4-meter Stinger and the only Double Kill. Kemper can add a special award for erasing his first-blood point almost immediately.

Thor@x flips DM-Deck and storms to a 30-point victory

DM-Deck started slowly, almost as if the arena first wanted to decide who deserved the opening trip toward the slime. First blood did not belong to Thor@x or Zerker: at 52 seconds Kemper hit Zerker with the Flak Cannon from 4.8 meters. Twenty-three seconds later Kemper erased his own point with a Rocket Launcher suicide, giving the opening a suitably self-destructive twist. Thor@x scored for the first time only at 135 seconds with a Shock Combo on Zerker, and for a long while nothing suggested a future winner. Zerker built the early advantage instead and, after 753 seconds, had six points while Thor@x was still on zero.

Kemper opens, Zerker takes control

The opening belonged to Kemper and Zerker. Kemper lost his first-blood point to his own rocket, then dropped Zerker again at 160 seconds with a Flak Cannon shot from just 0.8 meters. Zerker answered with flak at 266 seconds and a Redeemer from 41.9 meters only 24 seconds later. Rocket Launcher and Flak Cannon kills at 344 and 400 seconds pushed Zerker into the lead.

Kemper returned with three kills on Zerker between 494 and 548 seconds, only to kill himself with the same Redeemer at 548. Zerker replied with the Link Gun and made it 5:2 with a Flak Cannon kill at 621 seconds. Then came the match's longest silence, 132 seconds without a kill. When action resumed, Zerker killed Thor@x with the Link Gun and at 12:33 held a 6:0 advantage over the player who would eventually own the match.

Eight kills turn the match upside down

The decisive stretch began at 765 seconds. Thor@x killed Kemper with a Shock Combo, then hit Zerker with a Redeemer and a rocket before piling more damage onto Kemper. At 802 seconds a Shock Rifle kill tied Zerker at 6:6; at 819 seconds a Rocket Launcher hit from 33.9 meters made it 7:6. By 836 seconds Thor@x had produced the longest spree of the match: eight kills.

The data records three lead changes, and this was the one that mattered. No opponent ended the spree; Thor@x did it himself with a rocket suicide at 836 seconds, losing one point. Even that failed to stop the comeback. From 869 to 900 seconds he added four more kills with the Rocket Launcher, Shock Rifle and Shock Combo. A player who had been stuck on zero moments earlier was suddenly the clear leader.

Deck accelerates to full speed

Drtic appeared in the kill log from 988 seconds and Ampjunkie followed later, while the pace climbed sharply. Thor@x welcomed them with rockets and Shock Combos, but Zerker still had a punch left: at 1059 seconds he killed Thor@x with the Rocket Launcher, then two seconds later dropped Kemper with the Flak Cannon for the only Double Kill of the match. The 18th minute was the busiest with nine kills.

Then came the longest shot of the game. At 1077 seconds Zerker killed Thor@x with the Stinger from 50.4 meters. Thor@x responded with Bio Rifle and Shock kills, moving from 18 to 22 points between 1086 and 1132 seconds. Kemper landed two long Stinger kills from more than 40 meters, but Thor@x answered immediately with a 47.9-meter Bio Rifle kill. The computed stats finished him on 12 immediate revenge kills and an average life of 88 seconds.

Shock Combo closes the account at thirty

Thor@x ultimately used a broad arsenal: 13 Shock Combo kills, eight with the Rocket Launcher, five with the Bio Rifle, three with the Shock Rifle, two with the Sniper Rifle and one each with the Redeemer and Flak Cannon. Across the whole match the Rocket Launcher led regular kills with 16, narrowly ahead of the Flak Cannon on 15. Thor@x also had the highest average kill distance at 18.7 meters.

The finish became a countdown to thirty. At 1310 seconds Thor@x hit Kemper in the head with the Sniper Rifle, the only headshot of the match. Four seconds later he sniped Kemper again for point 29. Drtic still killed Zerker with a rocket, but at 1321 seconds Thor@x landed a Shock Combo on Drtic from 13 meters and closed the Deathmatch on 30 points. Zerker finished second on 11 and Kemper third on 9.

Match moments
  • Kemper took first blood at 52 seconds with the Flak Cannon on Zerker.
  • At 12:33 Zerker led Thor@x by 6:0.
  • Thor@x produced the longest spree, eight kills from 765 to 836 seconds.
  • Zerker recorded the match's only Double Kill at 1061 seconds.
  • The longest kill was Zerker's 50.4-meter Stinger shot on Thor@x.
  • Thor@x scored the only headshot of the match at 1310 seconds.
  • Thor@x sealed point 30 with a Shock Combo on Drtic at 1321 seconds.

DM-Deck delivered a match with two completely different halves. Early on, points arrived slowly, Kemper and Zerker traded close-range flak and rocket fights, and Thor@x remained a background figure. Then the run beginning at 765 seconds changed everything: the pace exploded, the deficit became a lead, and Thor@x kept stretching it. He finished with 30 points, 33 kills and 14 deaths; Zerker had 11, Kemper 9, and Drtic and Ampjunkie 3 each. If this match had one law, it was simple: a lead is temporary, while a well-timed Shock Combo can feel permanent.

Player verdicts

    Who killed with what

Each player's kills split by weapon. Reveals every fighter's favorite tool.

The Rocket Launcher produced the most regular kills with 16, narrowly ahead of the Flak Cannon with 15 and Shock Combo with 13. All 13 Shock Combo kills belonged to Thor@x, who also scored the only headshot with the Sniper Rifle.

After the slow opening, Thor@x stopped relying only on isolated close contacts and used medium ranges where Shock Combos and rockets worked together. Kemper and Zerker leaned heavily on Flak Cannon fights in dangerous close zones, which also exposed them to more costly mistakes. Thor@x rotated Bio Rifle, Shock and Rocket Launcher according to distance, making his attacks harder to read. When Drtic and Ampjunkie arrived, he immediately folded them into his scoring rotation instead of tunneling only on Zerker.
